Review Spur Chippewa - Berea

Lovely service. Waiter and floor manager was friendly. Food was on point. And my kid lovely the play area. And there was someone supervising the kids playing.

Great service and excellent food. Be sure to give the calamari strips a go. This Spur never disappoints. The play area is big and is always a favorite for little kids. There is always a designated child minder present so rest assured that you can eat with the comfort of knowing that your kids are safe and secure.

Food was great but service wasn't the best. Had multiple waiters coming to take orders and messing it up. Certain things weren't coming, spoke to the manager and the staff started getting things resolved much quicker. It wasn't that busy either so there's no excuse for the sub par service. The kiddies play area is always a good draw card and the main reason why I frequent the restaurant.

I had the pleasure of dining at Chippewa Spur Steak recently, and I must express my sincere delight. The ambiance exuded a charming and inviting atmosphere that made me feel instantly at ease. The staff's warm and gracious hospitality added a special touch to my dining experience. I wholeheartedly recommend Chippewa Spur Steak for those seeking a truly enjoyable and memorable meal.

Was impressed mostly by the friendly service I got from here. I was with my grandchildren and there were some spills made by my grandchildren. The friendly and positive response as they did the cleaning was excellent. They even let us wait inside during their break time(It was a Friday so time for mosque) instead of waiting until their opening time!! I have nothing but respect for this place!!

I went there with family for a lunch and the food was delicious. Ribs well cooked and wings were tasty. Had the electric lemonade and was not disappointed. The music was too loud in the opinion of my group and I.

Always a joy when my family and I eat here. The staff are always so friendly and attentive. Constantly checking in to make sure we are ok and the food never disappoints. A lovely play area for small kids with a staff member inside as well watching the kids. Place is always clean and comfortable.

Really great store and management. The nachos from here are simply the best. A must try for all the out of towners. Apart from the food, the owner needs a shout out for the wonderful support to the schools in the area. Really great to see them partner and encourage kids in the area. Excellent community outreach.

By far one of the best Spurs ive visited. The manager Riaz is extremly friendly and welcoming. This was not the first time ive been to this particular Spur and truly the standard does not drop. Riaz sat us down and the waiter Yaseen attended to us. He was professional, polite and prompt to take our order. As mentioned this has happended on several occasions even when i took my staff to have a breakfast meeting the service was excellent. This Spur is always clean, from the kids area to the tables and toilets. Highly recommend visiting this restuarant.

Kids had fun playing, while we enjoyed a light snack at Spur. I enjoyed the Nachos and he had some liver. The kids got really hungry playing so we got them beef burgers which they enjoyed. Service was good. The coffee was good (initially), he ordered a double espresso which was delicious but cold so we sent it back, only for it to return diluted with boiling water. Eeek that was slightly disappointing. The toilets were clean which is something that tells me alot about the cleanliness at the establishment.

Thank you for helping us host our sons 5th Birthday Party. The service we recieved from your waitresses was friendly and efficient. The food was on point.

Very good service and quality of meals overall. This is one of the neatest Spur restaurant I have ever been to. All the staff take pride in what they do and the service is efficient.

I love this place. Great staff, friendly and even though i had a few unexpected mishaps with meals, they are extremely accomodating and show true management by correcting their faults. I will continue to support them as I've developed a great relationship with everyone there. Great service, keep it up!

Been there last night and we really enjoyed everything about it. The food was very tasty with very good portions. Loved their nachos, the best I've eaten. Our waitress was an absolute gem. She was on the ball and so friendly. Will definitely go there again even though it was out of our way. Very clean and neat no funny smell of cleaning detergents or old damp rags.

I haven't been to Spur for almost 3 years... unfortunately the food seemed to have shrunk( schnitzel) to at least 1/2 the size we were served..then..3 years ago!!! And the price escalated... however all was not lost..as Ammaarha..our wonderful, definitely super waitress..made up for the disappointment by giving us the best service I had in decades in SA.. amazing service Amaarah..keep it up..you deserve 10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
