The food is just amazing

Popped in for breakfast on a Saturday. Doors opened promptly at 9am. Had the breakfast pizza and coffee. Food was fresh, coffee was yum, hot as ordered. Friendly service...nice work guys!

This is a 5 star for service. Our waitress, Talent was on her toes... she was very communicative, helpful and so kind. I ordered pasta and well the Alfredo pasta for me was okay but that service was the best I've seen.

The pizzas we had was very tasty and the service was good. The kid that was with us enjoyed the upgraded play area tremendously.

Best pizza and pasta ever.....home of pizza with extra cheese , farlic and chilli with no extra cost that comes additional with pizza and pastas......biggest monster pizzas ever And the taste of freshness and good quality products......one peraon can barely if possible finish their pasta bowls Best advise is to go very hungry

I feel Lakeside mall might have lost its former glory, like when it just opened 10 years ago. The pizza here is still great, but we came here on a Monday evening, and we were the only customer the whole night

Very nice place and marvelous stuff but please guys I'm not trying to be racist I have a view here can you please mix your staff with local people it's good to to mixt tradition as we all people mostly good African

Had a great breakfast at Panarottis Lakeside Mall today. Staff was friendly and helpful. They also served great coffee.

Worst experience ever. My family and myself were served rotten bacon to a point that it was green in colour and stinky with our breakfast. Luckily my husband noticed before my son ate any. When confronting the Manager he proceeded to give us a ridiculous excuse that the franchise sent them the wrong type of bacon thats why it was off...as far as I am concerned wether it was back bacon or streaky bacon it should never have been off and if the correct training was given to staff then they would be able to pick up stuff like this before serving it to customers. My family and I will never be back.

Joseph you are the best. Always the best service from him. Food perfectly prepared, well worth the extra traveling. I gave up on Festival Mall but found the right place at Lakeside

After years of buying from you guys (lakeside mall) I can ask for or for to change a thing. Service perfect staff ontop, the best part is the food, it the pasta pizza or anything am counting on you to turn my blurring days to the sunny one.all I have to say for me You are top of them all.

Their service is very very bad, especially The Manager in Benoni Lakeside. We always go there every Monday after our meetings and just because they used to us coming there, they treat us like trash as if we won't pay. The last time we went there, we ordered over the phone only to find out when we got there tht our breakfast Was not done and the time for breakfast was over, they have us a lame excuse. We reported them their head office and nothing was done about it. Panarotis Lakeside sucks

It's cool just the service it's a bit slow, they must upgrade the waiting period try to be a lil bit faster at the back.

Though the service was pretty slow the lady who served us was a trainee and she did superbly well, I will visit again.

When ordering a glass of water,we get warm tap water.When asking for ice, we get told that the restaurant does not have ice available.This is shocking.

Makhosazana if i recall her name our waitress was nice with a smile thank you.... but the cracked glasses really got me angry and affected her tip so please guyz ensure that ur staff has up to standard resources to serve clients
