Friday night dinner. Regularly popping in to this place for Dinner and never disappointed. Sweet and sour Chicken with noodles is a favorite. Place is always neat and clean. With very affordable menu options. They also have an indoor shop for all your food requirements. Sometimes you can wait up to an hour for your take-out due to them being so busy.

Was on a low budget and needed wifi, which they dont have... Had chicken spring roles huge and a small glass of wine. Good value and taste for R44.

Waiters are very slow and don't listen to properly when you stipulate no ice in your drink. Atmosphere, food, prices and the owner are all great! I've been going there for many years!

Lived in the Eastrand for years, moved to Pretoria in the hopes to find something like Beijing. I can honestly say there is nothing better than Beijing Chinese restaurant in Lakefield. The sweet and sour chicken is absolutely the star of the show. Please, please, please open one in Centurion or Pretoria.

Beautiful restaurant with super market that has all necessities as well as amazing food. The set menus are beautiful, but bare in mind that portions are very generous.

I highly recommend this Chinese restaurant. I have visited this restaurant with my wife and family a few times and I have never been disappointed. We enjoy the sour and spicy soup because it’s always served hot and has a real bite to it with chopped chillies too. I also enjoy the pork dumplings and the fried sushi. Those are my go to dishes. The prices are also very reasonable and the service is good as well.

The restaurant is rather sentimental to me because i go there since i was 8 (i am 25 now) they are extremely authentic and i love the food. Thanks for making up half of my childhood with your waterfall poster!

It's my first visit, the closest place I could find to satisfy my craving for Chinese 😁. It's a Supermarket and Restaurant together, typical Chinese decor, but, nice. The service is very good and efficient. I had the Seafood Soup, delicious🙌. If was a little thick, but, enjoyable with oodles of flavour and chunks of Seafood. The assorted Chow Fan was just so generous with the meats and really very tasty too. I saw some Sushi at another table, looked really good. The overall menu is reasonably priced and I think this could be a real great "value for money " place. I will be back, J have to conquer some of the other dishes on that menu, I think I'll be in for a good time.

We haven t been to this restaurant in about 2 years because we had such bad service at a sit down meal. I decided to give it another go and ordered takeaway. The service has improved immensely and the sweet and sour pork was very good. The pricing on the meal which included chicken and corn soup and bow ties, was really reasonable.

They're signature dish the Beijing chicken is a huge winner. It's fun to check out their asian market in front and has some good stuff.

Lovely Chinese restaurant and takeout. Sushi is always awesome and reasonably priced. They have converted half their restaurant into a supermarket to cater for all your Chinese food and sushi needs. Clean and friendly staff and helpful owners. Definitely recommend!

Clean, good food, sushi is awesome.

Every food except for the sushi here is exquisite, the rice they use for the sushi is quite unpleasant. The sushi chef smokes, which I do not have a problem with but he smokes occasionally and then he jumps straight back into handling the sushi. Other than that my family, family friends and I, love this restaurant and go there quite frequently. We also love the service that we are given from one of the waitresses there (Jenny). She provides an excellent service and always serves customers with a smile on her face, her alone is enough reason to frequently to dine there

I made up my mind that this place has the best priced sushi in this area. Always fresh and always great service, so putting this all together makes it worth the trip.

Best Chinese restaurant for budget conscious diners. I am yet to find better Chinese food for similar prices. Not mind blowing but you also don’t need to blow your salary for a good meal. I enjoy all the sweet & sour dishes (chicken/pork/prawn) and also the ‘beef with curry sauce’. Sushi also good value for money. They do sell alcohol. In the summary on the app it states that they don’t

The great thing about Being is that it's consistent. Its not the best Chinese food I've ever had, but its great value for the price you pay and its tasty. My favourite option is the pork dumplings with a chilli and soy sauce. Those dumplings are highly addictive. They get the food out fast, its perfect for an after work meal if you are pressed for time to get home.

Very good food.
My favourite is the fried dumplings and Bejing Chicken that is fried in a sweet dark sauce.
The prices are very reasonable and the portions medium to large.
On weekend nights the take out line can get very long, so best to phone your order through.
Before you leave, buy some fortune cookies😁

Beijing is still one of the better Chinese restaurants and the food is so, so good.

I prefer to get takeaways instead of eating at the restaurant.
I have never been disappointed with the food and I have ordered from here many times unfortunately the sushi isn't much to rave about but the springrolls are delicious.

November 2018: My first complaint about Beijing ☹
I was in the area and decided to get a takeaway so I decided to try something different and opted for the orange spicy prawns... BIG MISTAKE!!!
It smelt like egg (I ordered rice and not noodles) but like an egg that went bad... I was really dissapointed as I have never had a bad meal from this place before, I will try and go back the next time I am in the area and feel like getting Chinese and hope that I won't be let down for a second time.

Simply the best!!!!!!! Best Chinese food in Gauteng. Never had better . Value for money. Never overcrowded. From the sushi to the deep fried ice-cream. Simply the best...

Always have a nice time as the sit in restaurant is never over crowded . The food is always fast and warm and delicious. Loves going there as a family .

Nothing fancy, typical takeaway Chinese cuisine. Consistent quality for both warm food and sushi means that it's a good choice for those evenings you get home late and don't have time to cook.

Amazing Restaurant the Foods excellent and comes quickly and the service is always great . A few spelling errors on the menu but it puts a smile on your face! We spend lots of family dinners here if we go out on week night maybe due to load shedding and we have never been disappointed. Sweet and sour chicken and Chicken and Cashews is to die for!

First time trying this place. Great food, but not the best service or Ambiance. Sweet and sour chicken was good as well as the chicken with cashews
