Pls remove ppl who are asking for food from your yard. One was literally in my window while I was ordering on drive-through. Shoking......I understand ppl want food. They must stay by the gate but not on your premises
When Macdonalds came to South Africa the claim was that you can go to any Macdonalds in the world and expect the same food, service etc. Once when I came to this branch there was no ice cream. Another time I order one kind of ice cream and get another. Today the ice cream machine is broken. That is okay, as machines sometimes break, but please next time put up a notice at the entrance that the machine is broken then I do not have to only hear it when I place my order and cannot reverse because there is another car behind me.
Salesperson was extremely helpful..even suggested a meal.

Really love the ice cream and adore their fries however I am not a big fan of their burgers or their coffee. Sometimes they friendly and sometimes not, depends on the day I guess.
Can't even complain about this Branch. Been stopping in here for years and never had an issue.
Enjoyed the customer service, and the food was what is expected.
