Absolutely peaceful mid week. Brunch was tasty, value for money.

Simple delicious food. You sit inside the nursery building so it can get quite hot.

Beautiful and very well managed garden center. Breakfast at cafe was great value for money.

I visited garden centers and nurseries in many countries and rate Stodels as world class. An excellent experience and nice professional garden center. The restaurant is a wonderful bonus.

Always a wonderful atmosphere, staff always very friendly especially Caroline with her big smile. Love the specials they have for club members. Pensioners' age starts at 55 years. I don't like that they have a pensioners special, but you must be 65yrs to qualify for the special.

Stodels is just such a happy place for me. We went there as little kids and played on the big train and interacted with the animals. It's so nice to see it's still the same, and upgraded! The jungle gyms are huge. While kids play, the adults can have a bite to eat, which makes it a perfect outing with kids.

The kids are always keen on a slushy and playing... Just wish the waitors was a little more vibey/friendly to make up for not being a fastfood pitstop... Moaning hungry/thirsty kids does not make happy parents or people staying longer.

This is one of a few favourite spots to visit... Relaxing, no fuss & flair, homely & no rush at all... Besides browsing through all the nursery has to offer, take some time-out to enjoy the Cafe on site...

Great food and drinks, and the staff are really friendly! They are operational during loadshedding as well, but as they cannot make espressos during loadshedding, the coffee may be slightly weak during loadshedding. It's a great place for a Sunday lunch! There is also a play area for kids right next to the Cafe!

Lovely atmosphere, very spacious and friendly staff. The prices are reasonable. The flowers and plants were in good shape.

Great place for kids to play, they really enjoyed feeding the animals.

Always fun to be had whenever we visit. Attended a cookie baking activity for the kiddies today. They had a ball!!!

Beautiful day to experience the sights and smells of herbs and plants just waiting to be taken home to our garden. Super well stocked and laid out. Lovely variety of herbs and so delighted to see a berry tree! Also loved the quaint store with garden furniture and crafty things. My 89 year old mother loved the outing and the coffee with light lunch. Racking up points on the card will help with some new edible plants we're hoping to go back and buy.

"Photographed this African Grey Parrot at Stodels❤️" The Grey Parrot (Psittacus erithacus), also known as the Congo Grey Parrot , Congo African Grey Parrot or African Grey Parrot , is an Old World Parrot in the family Psittacidae. The Timneh parrot (Psittacus timneh) once was identified as a subspecies of the grey parrot, but has since been elevated to a full species.❤️

Great staff and service, ready to handle load shedding at the drop of a hat. Good food and coffee too!
