Review The Nob - Bellville

Tranquil eatery with beautiful views of the lake. Our waitron were on point and service was good. Food was still hot when it arrived at our table. Very tasty beef tortilla, burgers and the cheesy jalapeno, mash balls were very yummy with a nice level of spice.

What an amazing experience. The burgers are massive!!! But you can eat them without messing too much because they’re wrapped in paper. Truly genius. We had the pulled beef full house, the Mexican, and peppery shroom burgers. Wonderful, especially with beer!

Paid The NOB a visit, to see what all the fuss was about. Definitely No Ordinary Burger. One magical experience. Tantalizing an understatement. Enjoyed it till the last crumb of fries.

I had the 16cm patty Breakfast burger(R140) with an additional side of fries(R30). Their burgers definitely did not disappoint, it was loaded with toppings and absolutely delicious. The burgers are much bigger than you'd think. They wrap the burgers in foil so that you don't spill anything on yourself or the table, so you don't have to worry about making a mess while you eat. The waiter(Golden) was very friendly and checked on me regularly. The atmosphere is very chilled and they have nice background music. I highly recommend everyone to come here atleast once, I know for a fact that I'll be back. They are situated write next to the water so you have an excellent view while you enjoy your meal.

What do you do on a Saturday afternoon when you are hungry,but are looking for something different that the regular fast food places?? You go to the Nob. Firstly the owners are the nicest people you could ever meet. Very accommodating and great conversationalists. The food is also spectacular, the portion sizes for the price 10/10. Great burgers

Mistake of not making a booking, but front of house was very accommodating. The burgers were great. Buns soft and fresh. Perfectly balanced between spicy and sweet. Patties are juicy and meaty. Fries were over salted. Needs better chairs as they are not comfortable at all. Was offered high chairs, but again not most comfortable.

When doing a review I try to be as objective as possible. The question on hand would be what their initial concept or idea was. Was it to offer the largest tasty burger possible at a fair price or was it to serve the most exquisite gourmet burger? If I was going to pay R140 for a burger I would probably want something really special ... size wouldn't be that important. I was thus not disappointed nor overwhelmed with the taste of their huge burger .... that I couldn't finish. Nothing wrong with this good meal and definitely a bucketlist experience that can be recommended.

Took my son to celebrate his 21st birthday. He absolutely loves a burger. The experience was great, the staff friendly and helpful. I am not a meat fan, but my kids enjoyed their meals. We did however take a box of defeat each, the portions are overwhelming and you have to be insane to eat all the food The Nob offers. Do yourself a favour, please experience this restaurant just once if you can.

The food was excellent and the portions are generous. Higley recommend the Mexican burger. Salted caramel milkshake was to die for. The service could have been a little better but overall a very nice place to go eat.

The NOB (No Ordinary Burger) restaurant is one of the best burger joints in Cape Town. The meals are top notch, and taste so good. Their burgers, in particular, are so large and delicious! I ended up getting a medium box of defeat. I love their milkshakes as well. Customer service was excellent as we had a waitress and a waiter check up on us. It was very nice to sit outside and enjoy not only the great food, but also the wonderful view.

Do yourself a favour and visit this lovely restaurant. The food is absolutely amazing. Atmosphere is chilled and cool. The staff is also really friendly. The restaurant definitely lives up to the name - No Ordinary Burger. Highly recommend!

This is a go to place if you want your money's worth. They offer affordable burgers and the music in the background adds to the ambience of the restaurant.

I was introduced to a NOB burger on Saturday for the first time. Not only was it the biggest burger I've ever smashed but also the tastiest gourmet-treated burger meal I've ever experienced. Try 'The Porra' for an infusion of chilli and garlic prego flavours complimented by the oversize bun used to wipe up the excess sauce!!! Oh yes, don't cut the NOB but use the wrapper to hold it all together and open very wide! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have not been there but my good buddy John Fourie just alerted me to it. I live in Burma and your site just makes me cry. We are 9972km apart. I am booking a flight to Cape Town right now. Wish NOB had been there when I visited back in 2010. But never too late so keep those burgers up and running. Mikael

There was a trailer outside Music Exchange. I am hesitant to say this about any food. Though, bloody hell. Best burger of my life. Also, the size!!
