We have enjoyed their breakfast options, including breakfast pizza. Their ice cream with Bar-One sauce is delicious and a special treat! Latest visit: brunch on Saturday, excellent service received from our waitress. I was very impressed with the ‘Carb-Conscious Breakfast’ - delicious! Large cuts of tasty bacon and eggs cooked exactly according to preference.

Pizza was tasty and our waitress was very friendly and helpful. The place was clean and well-kept. We ordered the chicken mushroom pizza with vegan cheese. The ingredients were fresh and they weren't stingy with the portions. There's also a children's play room inside the restaurant and free WiFi.

Such a positive and family friendly atmosphere. The food was amazing and the staff was super friendly! Even though it’s known for its delicious variety of pizza’s and pasta‘s, I highly recommend their milkshake’s and waffle’s. They will definitely see me again. 🍕

It's definitely worth 5 stars. I ordered an Alfredo Pizza, and it is amazing. Quality food and very delicious. I also ordered a breakfast. Everything was perfect. The service was excellent.👌 👏 Atmosphere good. Waitress was on top of her game with the order, and the service in between. We didn't wait to long. Everything was perfect, thanks for your service.

What a pleasant surprise,my wife and I had at Panarottis . Of all the eating places they used the clever advertising outside of the Tuesday pizza and pasta special. And we went and tried it and it was excellent.....from the quality of the food to the atmosphere and the service. Highly recommend it.

Went there on 12 July 2022 for lunch. Pizzas were great as well as the alcoholic beverages. We finished the pizzas :). Note: the Sapphire Gin is a tot and not an actual glass of Gin mixed with something. There is a play area for kids, which is nice for the parents.

Food was good, I guess, but they could learn a thing or two from the Pannarotties at N1 City. Maybe because we were the last people in the restaurant? They were probably worn off so it's cool.

I ordered a takeaway today. A seafood pasta. It was so good. The lady who helped us was extremely friendly. The takeaway was nicely wrapped, and came with extra condiments. I was extremely pleased with the service, as well as the food I got today. I will definitely be returning.

Friendly staff, delicious food and great atmosphere. Although everything was great, just that my favourite Oreo cheese cake wasn't available. Had to opt for another. But had good time.

We had a date night and were not disappointed. The service was with a smile - thank you Michelle. Service is a thing, and I will gladly pay for it. The food - exactly what we ordered. We.ordered 2 different pizzas with extras on both. Really a tasty pizza for both our pizzas. The atmosphere - amazing.

We usually eat pizza but this time opted for pasta. My wife and I had two different plates and both were really tasty. The service was a tad slow but it was quite a busy evening so it is ti be expected. Overall it was enjoyable with a nice atmosphere.

Really love that their pizzas are wood fired. Its so delicious, we've been getting it twice a week! Love their milkshakes as well and pizzas are so tasty. Service is generally slow though, whether we sit in store or order for it to be delivered, usually takes over an hour to get food either way. But other than that, great food and atmosphere.

I highly recommend having your child's birthday party here! The service was great and they managed to get 9 very particular pizza orders right. The kids loved the play area too. Definitely worth it.

A popular outlet in a popular shopping centre. They have an impressive menu and we’ve never been disappointed by their pizzas. The service can unfortunately be slow even though the servers are usually very friendly. Recently tried a Spaghetti Bolognese on their Tuesday R60 Classic Special but was not impressed. An unattractive and bland dish. Will stick to the normal menu offerings if there’s a next time.

Went here with friends for the Tuesday special. The waitress explained it wrong so we ended up paying more than we planned. Food was okay. <br/><br/>But the worst, and the reason for the rating is definitely have to drink water through a “straw” made of raw pasta. The pasta started disintegrating and starch was left in the water.

When for the eat all you can pizza evening. Pizza was tasty, I prefer thin base pizza but the flavors were great. My favorite was their spicy chicken pizza not sure what it was called.<br/>Our waitress was so friendly and helpful.<br/>

Ok so we popped in here yesterday hoping to share a Sriracha chicken pizza before our movie. The movie started in an hour so we thought it would be OK. We specifically stated that we wanted a Sriracha chicken, feta, avocado pizza. She even says yes it comes with avo. Our waitress comes to us half an hour later saying "here is your sweet chili chicken feta pizza". We told her no this is not what we ordered. She looked surprised lol like really? We thought maybe she took the wrong pizza. She went back to the kitchen to check and it turns out she gave them the wrong order. She then says they'll fix it for us. We refused and asked her to cancel it rather and that our movie actually starts soon. We ended up just paying for our water lol. But she then had the nerve to tell the people at the counter that we cancelled the order. Yes we cancelled but only because you gave the wrong information to the kitchen. The place wasn't even full. We then decided to go and eat somewhere after the movie. Not panarottis. Really disappointing also as this is supposedly a wood-fired version of panarottis. Would've been nice to try it but but the service needs to be better.

The food and service here is relatively good, however we received a suspicious looking thick, black hair in the pasta we got in take away once. But they did offer us a free meal in return.

1st impression going there for supper was, were they closed or are they going to close. Cause they were cleaning and the chairs were on top of the tables. Felt very weird to me that a restaurant that closes at 9 pm are already cleaning up. <br/><br/>The food was disappointing I ordered the BBQ sriracha sub. To be honest the picture on the menu looked more appealing than the actual sub. Never again am I buying that. <br/><br/>Overall I like the new menu and the decor. It's just hard trying to find nice carnivore pizza without all the process meat (polony scandal)

I enjoyed a quick lunch with my work colleague, the service was quick and efficient, love the carnivore and mexicana pizza, definitely my favourite, my companion has the California pizza, all in all an enjoyable pizza experience

Panarottis is a real family restaurant. Their pasta is very good, same as their pizza. The service is mostly unfriendly which does make me hesitant to return. Their coffee is also very unpleasant. Not as bad as Dunkin Donuts though. I hope Panarottis doesn't become another Spur.

Before Saturday I hadn't been to Panarottis in over two years because I find the various branches to be rather inconsistent. However, this one was packed but we still got reliable, friendly service and I was surprised by the variety of their pizzas! They also had some unique offerings and my pizza was absolutely divine. The chicken was cooked to perfection, it had the creamiest feta cheese and they are generous with toppings! They also weren't shy with the Parmesan, chili and garlic. I was a little shocked at the prices of their pizzas but after seeing the quality, I didn't mind! Very impressed.

The best and only time I go to Panarottis is on a Tuesday (buy one and get one free) and a Thursday (eat as much as you can). The pizzas are always nice always and tasty. And the waiters always bring us more chilli, Garlic, parmasan that needed. I love coming here as the staff are friendly and it feels as if they care. Hope they really do.

Stopped over for supper cos the wife was in the mood for pizza. Service was efficient and we were seated immediately. Ordered 2 pizzas and 2 pastas. Pizzas were good especially the carnivore. Pastas were ok... a bit bland in my opinion. Not a bad experience but not amazing.

Dear Panarottis<br/><br/>We tried the all-you-can-eat special last night at your Tygervalley branch.<br/><br/>Remo was our waitress for the evening. <br/><br/>The food was great. And the staff did their work very well on the floor in terms of distributing the pizza slices.<br/><br/>At some point we received a broken glass. There was Coke in the glass so it was a bit difficult to see the crack.<br/><br/>We reported the cracked glass go our waitress, Remo, and we asked if we could just get another glass of Coke on the house since the one we had was cracked badly.<br/><br/>Remo said "yes" and we even informed the manager on duty, Sonia Smart, about the situation. Her reaction was quite a shock to me. In an unfriendly tone she said that the waitress will pay for the broken glass. <br/><br/>I don't think the waitress should be paying for the glass. She didn't break it. Only once we drank of the cooldrink you could see the crack. <br/><br/>We were even charged for the broken glass and the extra cooldrink. <br/><br/>Not a very good ending to a pizza-buffet evening.

Decided to pop in today for lunch. They were fairly busy. I unfortunately did not get the waitress's name, but she was nothing short of amazing! The food was just as good. The best Panarottis I have had in a while. We will definitely be back.

The Tuesday special is amazing and I recommend it. However keep in mind the pizza isn't that great. It's quite a thick bready base that I am not fond of. The service was really slow too although an army of waiters was just standing around the kitchen the whole time. The Alfredo pasta looked delicious though and a big. Will have that next time.<br/><br/>Update: had the pasta with the next visit. It was good, service was still slow although very friendly. Had a nice evening considering you sit in a mall and it's not fancy food. Not bad also not great.

Panarottis is simply one of the places where you can go and have the same delicious pizza time after time. Last time i was there i had a regina and it rates one of the best reginas in cape town

Well, I'm writing this from the table of the restaurant, yes I know it's rude but those with me accept this .<br/>We are here with 2 young children and 2 pensioners.<br/>We have now been sitting here for an hour without seeing our food or communication from the staff. Even when we ask, we get ignored.<br/><br/>I am speechless.<br/><br/>Well now that the ordeal is over, I can tell you that things didn't improve much.<br/>The ribs were not great and 2 of our pizzas were so drenched in sauce that it not worth eating. One with Balsamic reduction and the other with a sweet chili sauce.<br/>This is the single worst restaurant experience I have had in a long time.<br/>

The food is good, if you are in the mood for pizzas as well as pastas.. Don't like their breakfast pizza and the all you can eat, is more like a all you can eat dough and cheese.. As toppings are very scarce..
