I've never had a bad experience. Food taste great! .. everything taste awesome. Service is great!! Just need to up there marketing!! A place like this needs to be full, especially on weekends!

Their food is gorgeous in the mouth, Their burgers leave you filled & fulfilled. The service is awesome and the area is chilled. It is never crowded. Perfect for brunches and lunches, especially if you're passing through and are trying to avoid crowded spaces.

Awesome atmosphere and wonderful staff full of smiles. Service is great just like their food👍 wow will def be back. Keep up the great work

Great value for money! Half price burgers on Monday nights are delicious and the margaritas are to die for. Great professional barmen and chefs! Waitrons are very friendly and helpful.

Excellent waiter - Vicky - thanks for the great service!! But the food was a huge disappointment...I ordered the Tuesday special rips and steak It was cold, had to send the food back came back burnt..My partners pizza base was very under cooked ( had to send that back aswell) And no toothpicks or wet wipes - and this from a burger bar and grill... It's a bit much incompetence for one go , from a place apsiring to achieve success. #Disappointed

On Friday afternoons they don't have draft beer for the weekend yet, and on Mondays they are out of draft beer because of the weekend.

What an awesome experience, loved the food, well prepared under the watchfull eye of Clint Aries, paired with some great craft beer. The staff was super friendly...you will definitely be seeing a lot of me!!!

Chilli and cheese hotchips delicious and the food is simple and tasty we tried a few meals , from grilled or fried hake, burgers to rb and stake, simplicity is always the best. A nice lunch breakaway for me and my colleagues. Friendly service too.

Went there for the first time last night with my partner and was VERY impressed, loved everything about the place. Good service, friendly waiter, music not too loud that you have to shout for people to hear you, and didn't wait forever for our food. Highlight of the night was your cheesecake, absolutely AMAZING! Went to Cattle Baron Tyger waterfront about a month ago. Was totally disgusted in the quality of food and experience. Stumbled upon this gem a week later. The ABSOLUTE BEST steak Ive had in a long time. The chips is a good quality potato, the onion rings are divine!!!! Going back very soon. I like that the menu is simple and straight forward. took me one minute to decide what i was going to have, and then it was a quality meal.

My husband looking forward trying the pulled beef burger. He had the rack stack and pack burger on Friday evening and enjoyed it thouroughly. Something different. New hangout spot definitely.

We have ordered from this branch since they opened. The food was great in the beginning, but now it's just sad... the once decent toasted bacon and cheese are now a complete letdown.

I am not a huge fan of franchises, but was pleasantly surprised by Saddles Burger Bar and Grill. We decided to pop in for a quick lunch after visiting the Santam drive-in centre across the road. The staff are extremely friendly, we received a warm welcome upon entering and were shown to our table. The table was clean and not oily or sticky as one usually experiences in similar establishments, i.e. Spur. Our server, Vicky Koen, was very friendly and discussed the current specials and made recommendations. The drinks arrived promptly, as did the food. I was quite surprised by the quality of the food - it was fresh, not oily at all and the chicken was succulent, juicy and cooked to perfection. The breadrolls were also fresh and the garnish ( lettuce and tomato) as well. Good value for money - well worth taking the family out for lunch or dinner if you don't want to spend an arm and a leg, but still want to enjoy tasty, fresh, well-prepared food.

The food was good, but I expected more entertainment or colouring or a play area for kids. The staff was friendly, but there wasn't much of a vibe.

After less than stellar experiences at previous Saddles branches, we were pleasantly surprised. We had attentive service with great recommendations. Generous portions and a relaxed, unpretentious vibe. Perfect for a Saturday afternoon!

Went there for the first time this week. Disappointed that there is NO play area for the kids.. unlike their previous one here by kenridge. Burger special with beer - great, but no chips incl. Lame. Cocktails - a bit over priced for saddles. You can go to a 'smarter' / fancier restaurant and pay way less for a cocktail.

Fantastic find! First place that asked how we want patties done and got it right! Service was very friendly and attentive. I tried The Grism and hubby tried the Juicy Lucy. Both were very tasty! I had coleslaw as side which was a lekker ruby coleslaw, hubby had chips which were crispy and nicely sized. Will come back!!
