Review Boston Coffee - Bellville

Honestly the best sandwich on this side of town. The food quality and taste never disappoints. Food is fairly priced, taste good and leave you wanting some more. My recommendation is the chicken Mayo, also egg and bacon sandwich. I know they also roast coffee, smell amazing from the outside.

It sure does not look like much, but this coffee shop in Bellville is a fixture that keeps drawing folks back. Is it the coffee? Perhaps it is. Whatever the reason, the ambiance, the atmosphere, the coffee, and the vibe are spot on. I recently interviewed Francois van Coke here on my second visit to the place. Needless to say, we both had a great time and excellent coffee to boot.

Very cozy coffee shop in the heart of Boston. Great, strong coffee made to perfection by the very friendly baristas. It has a young vibe with beautiful wall graphics and indoor plants, but is also great for families with outdoor seating and a place to put the stroller. The food has never disappointed and the pastries are amazing.

Intimate, quality coffee, relaxed atmosphere although the place is buzzing.

Simply the best coffee ever! The vibe is simple and unpretentious and that it what makes it so great. No gen-z's staring into their phones....how refreshing.

I've been wanting to go here a while now and their recent nomination for KFM's Best of the Cape prompted me to get my behind there asap! Lovely coffee shop. Everything you want and need from a coffee shop. LOVE LOVE LOVE the plants everywhere, they add that extra wa wa woom. Sandwiches and coffee are great. I'll be back soon

Went for a coffee date with my mom and wow! What a funky experience. The atmosphere is so vibey yet chilled. Very casual and it feels like being in the comfort of your own home... Top notch service all around but a huge shout out to Jose who was suberb! Thanks for your amazing service! Their coffee packs a punch and the brownies were good... but the cherry on the cake was the VIETNAMESE ICED COFFEE!!! I'm still in shock! Absolutely AMAZING.

Excellent coffee. I had a bacon, egg and cheese put on a toasted bagel instead and it was absolutely delicious and not skimpy. The staff are always friendly and provide a lovely atmosphere.

We've been here a few times after a Parkrun. The venue is quaint and the people are interesting. The food was very good and the drinks are tasty. As long as we do the Parkrun, I think we'd keep on coming here.

A very small coffee shop with really good coffee and quality food. Great value for money and for the quality of food you order you would expect to pay more. Definitely going back for the bacon, feta and avo sandwich and an amazing cappuccino <br/>

Hands down my favourite coffee spot in the entire Cape Town! It may seem like a big claim in a city where coffee is the lifeblood of many, but the love, effort and passion of the owner and staff is tangible. The baristas are very talented and my little girl just loved the babycinos which have the most beautiful latte art. I love how it's an unpretentious yet lovely and beautifully curated little spot for a cuppa with friends or family. The artwork for sale is also a nice touch, they seem to have a real interest in the community and the staff is always friendly.

I haven't been there in a while, but from my experience, the coffee is always amazing! The staff and owner was always friendly and ready to have a chat! <br/><br/>I have seen some photos of the place, and the art is wonderful and it seems like it still is a nice chilled environment to have some wonderful coffee! <br/><br/>I would love to go back and experience it as it is now when I'm in the area again. <br/><br/>That place is my coffee shop dream goals!

Great coffee, not many options for food but toasted chicken mayo was great. Cute inside, friendly staff who love a coffee compliment. A little tricky to find as its on the side of the building, out of sight of main road

Yes, yes and yes! My friends have told me about this place a couple of times and only today I got the chance to go. I don't regret waking up from an alarm on a Saturday. It was worth it👏. The service, the food👌. It's good one🤘

Hidden gem hiding in Boston. Small coffee shop with good feeling vibes. The guys are really friendly there and the coffee is awesome. I had the sourdough scramble eggs and it was yummy and delicious. My friend had the avo, bacon and cheese sandwich and he loved it. He showed me this hidden gem as he is a regular customer here. <br/><br/>The only inconvenience is that you pay for your order upfront. When you finish with your coffee, then you have to get up and go order another cup. <br/><br/>So if you in the Boston area go make a stop there. You won't be disappointed

Can't fault this place, friendly staff, amazing coffee and great sandwiches. Prices are also very fair. Owner is also almost always there and personally involved, awesome place

Went for breakfast on a busy Saturday morning. The place was buzzing & the owners (assuming it was them who assisted me) were really friendly & helpful. Food was great & coffee delicious! Will definitely be back. So happy the Northern Suburbs are getting great coffee spots too!

A small coffee spot. During lunch it's buzzing with passig by locals, having a coffee after a jog, and out of town visitors. If you catch it on a very busy time, you might not get a table. You can sit outside or inside. <br/>The food menu is not large, but the sandwiches and breakfasts that they have on offer are of a high standard. My Sourdough Scramble was delicious! As well as my 'Flat white Milkshake'

Had a really great experience. Coffee - great. Service - friendly and fast. Ambience - laid back and great for visits with friends. The pastries and sandwiches are really delicious.

Then he came back telling me that they already made it so ja and then walked away. <br/>Later on he came with the toast and told me she made a new one and that he’ll just eat the other one, but with an attitude. I really didn’t appreciate that and it made us feel very uncomfortable. A big favourite! The friendliest people and I love their food. Always taking my visiting friends there. Its just very crowded inside, but if you have a spot, its always a good experience

Very nice place to go for coffee or a quick bite. Very friendly staff and attentive. Quite limited seating inside, if it's a cold day. Seems popular as they were very busy. I will definitely be back. A Boston gem

What an awesome vibe! As I walked in the door I was greeted with a warm handshake and the staff introducing themselves to me. The look of the place is very industrial and fits the feel of the place perfectly. Decor consists of pallet crates, tin seats, chalk wall showing the brewing process and mini history of coffee, and lots of coffee based paraphernalia. Great murals which can keep anyone entertained just by looking at them. There are mini games available including some conversation starter games. There is an energetic buzz among the customers and everyone has a big smile to go along with the awesome coffee.<br/><br/>As per my usual I ordered a cappuccino with my breakfast. The cappuccino is freshly made and tastes great with a rich aroma and thick foam. Along with my cappuccino I ordered the Boston Breakfast which was epic good! Really, the breakfast was well priced, hearty, and the baked beans work perfectly with the scrambled egg, farmhouse toast and bacon. Will definitely be coming back.

One of my favorite coffee shops in Cape Town. Great quality coffee and really nice vibe. There beans are also probably priced the best in Cape Town. This small gem can punch with the best of them.

I drove on to this place when I felt like having a coffee. This place is very calm and quiet with a decent crowd. The ambience was nice with some 70s music on the background. I got in and took a Boston latte for a takeaway. Must be back to try their pastries.

Small, first thing that hits you because it was a bit too full so finding a place to sit was a small hassle (we were a big-Ish group) but we eventually did and the coffee was good! Milkshakes were a bit lack luster for the way our waiter gushed about them but his enthusiasm made up for the disappointment. This place really lifts your mood if you're in a funk, the waiters cheery-quirk will definitely do you good. Go try it out for yourself!

A wonderfully relaxed ambience and great food - we had the peanut butter shakes and they were luscious! The toasted sarmies were mouth-wateringly good and the service was excellent. If you're looking for a lovely place to go in Belville for something light and delicious, this is the place. Just remember, cash only!

This gem has changed a lot since I last visited. Decided to go and grab a flat white milkshake and I was pleasantly surprised. <br/><br/>They've expanded the store, with tables and "a bar like" nook area. It still holds up as a great place to grab really decent coffee while running your errands<br/><br/>The barristers are friendly and always welcoming, and they now have an EFT machine!

Wow! Someone posted about this place on Facebook and a friend and I decided to try them out. What a lovely experience! Quiet, relaxing atmosphere and GREAT coffee. The Bacon, Avo, Feta & Cheddar sandwich is a must!

What a little gem! This coffee hub is everything you want, cosy, inviting, fresh, coffee bean aroma, concise menu of great nibbles and barsitas doing their thing.<br/>Not sure if its their own blend, but the americano i had was beautiful. Super well priced too at R15!<br/>Will definitely make an early stop again on the way to work :)
