Excellent service from our waiter. It was such a busy night and our food came out within 10-15 minutes. The quality of the food was in no way compromised because of the restaurant that was busy. I had the Ciello linguine pasta. Will definitely be back for more!
Such a wonderful experience. Went to eat here for my mother's birthday and they did not disappoint. From their cocktails to their pasta. Our waiter Alex was awesome
Had lunch here on a fairly quiet weekday. Service was excellent, our waitress was really on the ball. Drinks came fast, food orders were perfect and she checked in on us multiple times.
Food-wise, I had the fungi bianco pasta which is a generous portion with lots of mushrooms. Pasta was perfectly al dente and the cream sauce was just the right amount. Friends had the half and half pizza (mogul and nacho libre) and the makhani light meal. Everyone was very happy as evidenced by our empty plates.
The restaurant is big, light and airy with outdoor and indoor seating. I definitely will be back 👍🏽👍🏽
Awesome find! Col’Cacchio has an amazing vegan friendly menu and the staff are friendly, polite and efficient. We had the Cosi Verde and as vegans, were not disappointed! My son who is gluten intolerant had Bambini with a gf base. All round, a great experience.
There's only so much one can do with pasta. I wasn't disappointed neither was I wowed. The pasta was just okay. The drink on the other hand, was really good. I enjoyed it more than I did the food. I will go back to try the pizza😊
Their pizzas are always fresh, tasty and packed full of flavour. I always go for Norm's Pralina (definitely try it)

Great atmosphere for sharing great pizzas with family and friends. Large and small parties work well, and they seem to cater well to varied palates and dietary requirements.
This is one of my favourite pizza places, love the thin base pizza, salads always fresh and tasty, enjoyed the green salad, made our own pizzas with our favourite toppings , simply delicious, cold night out but warm inside sat near the pizza ovens, service was exceptional, waiter very attentive and friendly, will definitely be back
A very nice and stylish interior and a cozy atmosphere. Perfect for those intimate suppers, where the music is in the background but no one has to shout to talk to one another. The staff is very very helpful and quick with serving. 👍
Had the cappuccino as per usual. Good presentation and great tasting. Not that strong but has a rich, dark golden froth, and it goes down very easy...especially after a long day at work. 👍
For mains I ordered a half-half pizza. With half chicken and avo, and half tomato and meatballs. The presentation is perfect, as is expected from such a famous brand, and the taste was divine. Very nice! Definitely recommended!
For dessert I had the Italian kisses. Three flavours of ice cream covered in a chocolate dip. 'Nough said.

Friendly staff and great grub. Really enjoyed the half and half pizza option. The Mexican flavoured one was a win. Really loved how well the strawberry daquiri was blended too 🙌

The pizza was great as usual and sitting outside and dining was lovely. Their new profiteroles desert is delicious as well. Would have rated it higher if we didn't have to get up to ask the waiter for our bill.
Met up with a friend for a quick catchup,and seeing that we didn't have the biggest appetite, and she is vegetarian, we opted to share a Vegetariano Margherita pizza, with a gluten free base 😒 let's just say, I found it VERY average. Obviously the standard tomato, garlic base, but I haven't found a place that has a gluten free base that doesn't have a cardboard texture. Slightly chewy. And with minimal ingredients, I can't say I enjoyed it. But that's obviously not the restaurants fault..after that, I had some Italian kisses for dessert. Light, creamy, lollipops of chocolate. The service was friendly, and the location is great. Next time, I'll be resorting back to my Butter chicken pizza.
This is my local dine in branch and I have never been disappointed. Great place to go as a couple or a group of friends even birthday celebrations. Great cocktails and milkshakes.
Pizzas, pastas and their salads are delicious. I usually have the bolognaise and hubby has a pizza.
We went to Col'Cachia last night and unfortunately our focaccia was cold, my wife's pizza was cold, and they got my order wrong, so I waited a long time for my pizza.
Having said that, the manager was fairly prompt in attending to the situation when he was called, and he very graciously gave us our entire bill on the house.
I didn't get the manager's name, but he has restored my faith in customer service, so we will be returning to try again, as the pizza's, though cold, were delicious!
Always my go-to for great pizzas, pastas and especially salads! Surprisingly enough I always order a salad! My favourite being anything with bacon, brocolli or even their beetroot and butternut salad! Service is pretty good unless you're going on a busy day. Expect to pay a bit for their food as they are above average in terms of menu pricing.
We initially planned for the hussars grills and lemon butta but ended up deciding to go for this restaurant. Col Cacchio didn't let us down either way. One of the most memorable experiences we ever had as a team. We came in here for a get together with our bosses and colleagues. We took 2 wine bottles, 2 pints of draft beers, 2 Coluhas, 1 coluha with ice cream and some really good inferno prawns and peri peri pizzas. Some brilliant service and awesome time. We would he back for more some time soon.
This where one goes to buy one of the world's best pizzas, not only because they are Italian but because they are generally good at what they do. The pizzas are loaded with great taste, great quality and great love. From the waiters to the kitchen staff it is always a pleasure visiting. The new look of the restaurant is also breath taking, neat and clean.
Went on a cold Wednesday night with the parents because we craved some pizza and pasta. When you walk into the place you are greated with a warm ambience from the waiter. The place was busy but we got a table immediately. The waiter was friendly and even though they were busy the food arrived in no time. I had the half and half smokey babe and moghul. Which i would recommend to anyone, as well as the morituri and nacho libre is also a great choice.
Went for an early dinner and shared a "half and half" pizza. The one half was incorrect, but the waiter quickly resolved this issue. I would recommend the smokey babe pizza with pulled pork. If you're not in the mood for pizza then opt for one of their jam packed salads. There's lots of space for dining indoors and on the balcony if the weather is warmer.
Fast and friendly service. The salads are amazing, my personal favorite is the carpaccio one. Pizzas are always a winner, improved by the fact that there is a half half option available.

A very nice, relaxed vibe with an outside play area to keep the kids busy. The pizzas are always declious and the service fast and friendly. This is differently our favourite Col' Cacchio branch....just in a class of there own!
Just popped in for a take-away... Only pizza franchise worth any time in my opinion. They are not cheap, but Col Cacchio delivers consistency and quality every time. Their staff are always very friendly and accommodating.
Col'cacchio is always great, but Reggi at Willowbridge makes it extra special especially after the drive from GP even if the Puttanesca at Lynnwood Bridge in Pretoria is better. Note to all branches: please pickle the chillies rather than using fresh ones that go limp. But above all: Reggi at Willowbridge in Durbanville rocks!
Finally! Decent banting pizza at a decent restaurant! Was very pleased to see the recent menu update and the pizza was fantastic. Family enjoyed a Cobb salad which looked great, but serving size for spaghetti bolognaise always a hit and miss.
Definitely a return restaurant and grateful for the new options!
Visited the Colcoccio at Wiillowbridge centre.. It was lovely.
Sat at the bar until a table was ready. Great atmosphere. The pizza was great. I do think that the salads are over priced though.. Service was quick.

The service is always friendly and efficient. The restaurant is always busy and parents can relax while the kids play outside. We had the Green Genie and Cape Funghi pizzas. Excellent! Good choice if you don't like cheese on your pizza.
We had the Arrosto and Foressta pizzas. It was excellent. The choc brownies is excellent as well.

Absolutely love their salads especially as you can add your own choices. The kids can play outside where you can see them- a bonus. My kids love their spag-bol.
Everyone knows that they do pizza. What I enjoy most is the adoption of Banting and gluten free or low gluten pizza bases. One downside is that when it's busy they sometimes burn your pizza or at least it tastes burnt.
It's difficult to go wrong with a Col' Cacchio, and this one is no exception.
There is seating inside, outside at the front and the back.
The pizza is reliably good as expected, and the service is pretty standard and the staff are friendly and relaxed. The restaurant is often quite busy and there is a good atmosphere.
Just outside the restaurant, are two jungle gyms for those that have little ones to entertain. The parking above ground is usually quite full but there is plenty of underground parking.
Been coming here for over a year now....consistent in their service and the quality of food is always good. Manageress thinks too much of herself however, but waiters are really top. Would recommend.
This is by far the best pizza in cape town. I have eaten at col cacchio many times and not once was i disappointed. There Pizza is Amazing a thin base with a perfect amount of toppings.
Great evening once again at Col'Cacchio! Don't think it is possible to leave this restaurant disappointed. Me and my wife always share a salad & pizza. This combination we can highly recommend.
Best pizza in Cape Town! And now that they have a range of banting pizza's, I'm very happy. Great quality and the banting pizza's are very filling and come with a great salad. The pizza's are smaller than the regular base (21cm) but it's so filling and stacked with toppings. Yummmmmy!
Was out with a work colleague for dinner and the resturant had a great vibe so we stopped in. i tried a salad and was very impressed, the salad was not lettuce leaves and cucumber like most salads but was filled with chicken and vegtables. My colleague tried the cheese cake and while it was quite small was vey tasty. Service was very slow but our waiter was great. Overall had a good meal and would definitely come back.
Nice Banting style pizza, really good service but menu on the pricey side, not great value for money but the waiters are top notch, and make it a pleasant experience. Well done

Arguably one of the best places to enjoy the perfect thin crust pizza. Definitely not cheap and can become quite pricey for a quick pizza supper before going to the movies! But the menu has many gourmet pizza choices to select from, all with high quality toppings. Service is always top notch and the waiters are very professional and they know their menu items very well. They currently run a half price special on all their pizzas untill end Aug 2014, which makes it unbeatable and I have already visited them a few times over the last few weeks. Today was no different and I organized a lunch with a friend we had a Coffee R19 each and two Castle Lights R22 and a Carne Pizza (R103 less 50%) as well as my all time favourite Arrosto with Asian deboned rib (R99 less 50%) - full marks for both pizzas. Other very impressive food are their salads. A must eat and perfect for a lunch outside in the sun. Keep up the good work!
Oh man!!! It was a really, really beautiful sunny warm day to eat out on your porch and indulge in pizza's that just tasted delicious! I was there with a friend and we each had the half and half option whereby we could mix our pizza choices... Best! Yum! We also enjoyed the scenary of nature and tranquility and the waiters are so friendly, funny too. The manager also checked in to see if we were satisfied with the service and had a friendly approach. Awesome,I would definitely come here again. Its so hard not to love this place :-) Thank you
I love Col' Cacchio's!! The pizza is delicious and the combinations just work. I sometimes struggle to decide which one to order, but the great thing is you can do half and half so usually end up tasting two :-). The salads is also great and the pasta yummy.
The service is fast and they are even quick to bring your bill. Oh, and if you are a dessert person, they also have some yummy options on the menu.
In summer they have a lot of tables outside for that summer vibe.
Could watch the sunrise while we were enjoying really good food.
The garlic bread as starter was okay, the pizzas were super nice, same as the dessert. Loved it and would certainly come back!
Experience was good, waiter kept on checking if we were okay which was great. Pizza was nice but had little meat some slices there was big chunks of peppers and avocados slices and no meat.
Brownie was good but the ice cream was very small on top of the brownie.
The restaurant is Italian and decor is very modern. Service was great and our waitron was very friendly and made sure to check up on us frequently. The menu consists out of Pizzas, pastas and wraps. We waited around 30 minutes for our main course. We had no problems with our food and it was very nice. All in all it is affordable and the food is of good quality. I would recommend you try them out.

Special thanks for the amazing team at this branch, Tiernan and Ezza were more than hospitable towards us. They made my mom’s birthday celebration extra memorable by helping me surprise her. I brought a cake and asked them to bring it out with candles after our dinner and they handled it so professionally! Big thanks to them and Col Cacchios for the amazing food and team.
Fresh salads. First time here, and did take out. Pizza was not hot, so had to warm it at home, but otherwise tasty. Would probably try them again in future.

The wood fired pizzas are very nice. The pasta dishes are generally good. We have had good service from the friendly staff. If you like a wood fired pizza you can't go wrong.
Had a lovely evening at the Blouberg branch, the food was amazing as always. Eza was our incredible server, him along with the team made it such a memorable experience.
Had a great evening like always at our favourite Col’Cacchio. Was so good to be served by Eune once again. Had the spag bowl and shared a pizza. I got my half with bacon and banana and paul got his half with the Sedriano with extra avo! And lots of Tequila!

It was load shedding for the first part of our visit and the waiter brought us extra candles to light the table. Had a very tasty vegan margarita pizza. Nice thin base that went down really well.

Good value for money and good restaurants to have a bite. Can get noisy, especially closer to the pizza ovens.
The restaurant is definitely a must and one of our Favorites. Although i would suggest to have some Italian music in the background it gives a warm and inviting vibe.
