Today I went to fireroom to celebrate my wedding anniversary and it's safe to say it was the best decision ever.
For starters we had flambe haloumi cheese w/ prawns (prawns were properly cooked). Our mains were also amazing : grilled salmon w/ parmesan pure and a kinglip special. Last but not least, the service was on point... our waiter Prince made our night.
I love the Fireroom. Everytime I have been there I have not been disappointed. The staff were attentive and friendly. I also absolutely adore the decor of it! In terms of food, you must must must try their sushi it is absolutely incredible. I have tried many sushi places and can say that Fireroom is my favourite. It is so tasty and the portions are amazing and they have so many options for you to choose from. I would recommend the Dynamite Shrimp starter and the fire roll I think it’s called. They also make a killer waygu beef burger! Obviously with this level of flavours and taste, comes a price. It is on the higher end of the budget and therefore is probably not an everyday restaurant but a very worth it treat!

This was my first visit to the Fireroom, Bedfordview and it was amazing.
The service that we received from both the staff and management was lovely, everybody was warm, friendly and welcoming from the time we walked in and sat down. With a trendy and vibey atmosphere, upmarket setting and decor, this place is a winner and I can see why it is so busy.
The food and drinks were delicious and yes, I will be going back again... real soon 😉🤗
It was my second time visiting Fireroom, I went back to make sure that it was not a one hit wonder... And they didn't disappoint. From the point of walking in, of which we didn't make a reservation but they managed to get us a table, to the service staff.
The food was great as well, I cannot complain at all.
Great vibey place for sushi - different offering to the normal sushi fare
On arrival we were offered a selection of craft gins - beware very pricey and adds a whack to the bill
Special are showcased via mini iPad/ tablet which is fun
Dim sum excellent Dragon roll highly recommended
My adage - when at sushi restaurant order sushi! My colleagues had fillet and kingklip which was disappointing according to them
A small point but irritating- all wine is served in white wine glasses They have no red wine glasses! When selecting an expensive bottle of red one would expect a decent red wine glass Not too much to expect

The Fireroom provided us with a fine dining experience. Depending on what options you choose, you get to experience having your meal cooked at your table. The food itself is quite divine, if you are a sushi lover, there are plenty of options to choose from.
I do suggest that you book online, as the place can get quite packed. The decor and aesthetics are classy, highly instagrammable.
As I've mentioned before, it is fine dining so come prepared to spend a pretty penny.
Excellent vibe, excellent food. Service was efficient and courteous. The manager kept checking on us throughout the evening. We asked to switch tables and we were accommodated with no fuss. Kudos!

Godfrey looked after us so well. Such a wonderful professional waitron. The fireroom is an amazing experience for a special meal out. The fire sushi is memorable and delicious.
The dry ice in the gin and tonic was super suprising and something I have not seen before.

We had SUCH a wonderful Dinner with our friends at the fire room in Bedfordview! The food was absolutely delicious!!!! I don’t think I have ever ever had such amazing , tasty food in a long time! It was worth every penny!!! I need to also mention our wonderful waiter, and I hope his Manager sees this. His name was Spencer (I hope that’s correct) he was simply amazing!!!!!

At arrival there were no tables available, my date (daughter) and I were seated in less than 10min. Took a while for out order to be taken but that was made up by having the two managers (black lady and white man) checking up on our table. I think the lady manager was Faith but I stand to be corrected, she was so nice we ended up chatting about family, kids and home (she's from Zim). My crispy California roll was perfect, my daughter's burger and chips perfect, I found myself sticking my fingers! It was perfect for our mini date and accompdative as I love dinning with little madam! My phone switched off before I could transfer from savings and the ladies at the foyer were kind enough to charge for me!
What a lovely experience we had @ Fire Room Bedfordview. As we arrived I was a little let down the two fire lanterns at the door were not lit but the staff made up for that by delivering exeptional service. From the ladies that greeted us in the waiting area before we were seated to our waitress we enjoyed everything. Feels like we barely waited for our meals as we ordered boom they were placed before us. The dessert was really world class.

The most delicious melt in your mouth steak and peppered calamari for starters. Godfrey was an outstanding waiter. The evening felt like a whole wonderful experience.
My friends and I had a lovely experience. We had an attentive and friendly waiter(Godfrey) who explained what a few items on the menu were with ease and suggested items we thoroughly enjoyed. The whole staff was just delightful. My favourite thing was their chandeliers, those took my breath away. I would do this place again and again! The lighting is so much better than before. My only disappointment was the Bao buns. The Buns were soft, the chicken was crispy but there wasn't enough dressing/mayo. However this didn't take anything away from my experience.
Highly recommended! Must try the Fillet on Bone. The food, staff and atmosphere was great. You won’t be disappointed.
Great ambience. Trendy crowd. Tastefully appointed. Incredible food. I was thoroughly impressed. Attentive management but the waiters could be better. Good experience overall AND the serve Japanese Wagyu!! I will go back… more than once.

Wow! What an experience. Most items got their finishing touches with a fire display at the table. I like how the waiter explained the progress of the item that was being prepared. The beef stir fry and Citrus Burst Bomb cocktail was fantastic! Friends and I tried QUITE a few items, so with that said, it’s definitely the most expensive restaurant I’ve been to but EVERYONE left in awe and impressed.

We didn’t have a booking but the hostess ensured we get seated within 30minutes. The food and ambiance is amazing. The sushi is delicious. My birthday plate from the chef was the cherry on top! Be prepared to send more than R500 as our bill was close to R1K as a couple.
What am amazing front house manager. He made us feel welcome from the moment we set foot in the resturant.

Edit : anniversary dinner with the worst waitress on earth , uninterested , didn’t set things on fire properly , steak had to be recookrd to specifications.
However, manager was very helpful and resolved our issues
Always a great dining experience. Often catching the waiters attention can be difficult because the restaurant is always busy. Overall it's good with great menu options.
Fireroom Bedfordiew was a pleasure, I had their Kingklip and my partner had their Beef Fillet which came with the flambé experience... I'm not a red meat lover but I was totally jealous after tasting the fillet. It was tasty and well seasoned. The Kingklip was okay, the presentation was great.
