Food was great! Very interesting location with lots of antique/vintage odds and ends to admire. I do think service could have been quicker, but we did go there on a very busy day, the restaurant was full pax.

From the few occasions I have paid a visit. I've enjoyed my picks off their menu each time. There is bit of a wait especially when putting in a food order, though I appreciate the quality of the meal once received. So it's a recommendation for me

What a delightful gem in an unexpected place! The outside tables are between the plants in the nursery that creates a lovely peaceful atmosphere. You can easily spend a whole afternoon here simply enjoying the ambiance. The food was really good, the service fast and professional and the atmosphere relaxing. Treat yourself to their specialty coffee. The restroom facilities are clean and Covid regulations are observed. We will definitely visit again.

We visited this restaurant on sunday and we were supprised by homely feel to it. We immediately felt at home and enjoyed looking at all the antiques and collectables on display. You will also find home made products like cookies, rusks, home baked patiseries, jams, nuts, sweets, table cloths, table runners, aprons and lots more. We bought a beautifull headboard for a double bed. We had a delicious breakfast and coffee and we were served by a friendly waitress. The staff working here are very helpfull and friendly. We will definitely visit again to try another delicious meal and coffee.

Had a great breakfast as offered on the menu. Glad to see businesses still trying their best during loadshedding. Chilled environment and nice venue.

Second time here and love the quiet ambiance sitting outside in the shade. Had a great lunch sandwich here the first time and the breakfast this morning is yummy!

Absolutely Fantastic food. Burgers and wraps were top notch. Will highly recommend as a stop to anyone going through barberton. The store is filled with historical items to look through as well. Pity I didn't take any pictures of the restaurants outside seating as it's very nice and cool. Surrounded by flowers. No pictures allowed inside to preserve the museum items.

Very glad to have discovered this little gem on a spontaneous detour into Barberton. Delicious homemade food, surrounded by fascinating antiques and museum pieces. And of course we had to try the Spoorweg Koffie on the menu...a flavourful coffee blend, with a tot of condensed milk on the side, added to taste... Wonderful on the chilly morning of our visit!

A place everyone must visit, when in barbeton, the food is great, the vetkoek and bread is baked fresh in an old style wood fired oven, you will not be disappointed
