Love the renovated look. Staff were excellent! Super friendly and helpful

The, service was great from Nondumiso, friendly and all, food was fresh and delicious, it was served quicker we did not wait for long.

Very neat and tidy place, friendly staff, well managed.

Loved the experience as well as the food, as a family, we were so honored by the service we got, to the owner of the shop, kindly renovate the outside canvas covers. The worn out and don't give us needed shelter.

Very good,that one star out was because we had to wait 15 mins to get the starters but still we ordered wings and I know how long it takes to make so still can complain to much. Would definitely recommend

Let’s start off with the chicken, absolutely fresh never once have Nandos failed me at lunch time I have lunch twice a week at Nandos it’s always fresh and friendly faces. The service is relatively quick depending on the time of day it does get a little lengthy the wait but it’s certainly worth the wait. The parking spaces are certainly big enough for bakkies or cars I do wish however the sign that they have that says “curb side delivery” was moved else where and not kept in the middle of a parking it feels from time to time as if the sign will bump into a car. The restaurant is always not in the best of conditions in terms of cleanliness, I always seem to have to ask a waitress or waiter to wipe down the table or remove dirty dishes which I find unnecessary to ask to do it should be done once a customer gets up and leaves, this is the only reason why I subtracted a star.

Took 26min to get food at drive through.

Peri-zzlingly hot. So hot they burned the sign. My pitta could have been prepared better.. but I loved it anyway

I posted this review 3 weeks ago: My family purchases Nando’s meals and pregos regularly, at Lifestyle Centre (Ballito). Until tonight, the food has been consistently good. Tonight, we ordered 3x quarter chicken meals and 2x prego meals. The pregos were undercooked and not marinated sufficiently, with the chicken tasting so bland as if there was no marinade used, and the coleslaw had to be discarded as well because it smelled like it was beginning to spoil. Very disappointing as Nando’s has always been a firm favourite. A few days later, I received a call from the store’s junior manager, apologising for the poor food quality and the inconvenience. I was also offered a free replacement of the meals I was not satisfied with. I didn’t take her up on her offer because the gesture sufficed. Last week, we ordered again, and the food was prepared to perfection. Hence Nandos gets 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from my family, again.

Came here bushed after a long road trip from Joburg . <br/>It was pretty full and we waited quite a bit for our order . At some point we had to follow up and ask what the hold up was . <br/><br/>It eventually came and I liked how the waiter encourages you to double check your order before you leave . <br/><br/>It’s also close to Ocean Drive making it convenient for holidayers .

Picked up meals from the drive through on NYE due to our planned big dinner. Afros was closed. What a disappointment.<br/>My daughter's kiddie burger was a bite size portion and there couldn't have been more than 8 individual fries in her pack. The quarter chicken was gone in two or three bites and also under stocked with chips. Burger was done with stale bread. They served me quick though.<br/>Next time I'm desperate I'll get some bread and chips from the quick shop at the garage instead of throwing away more than 150 on Nandos.<br/>If Afros starts doing chicken pieces, Nandos better close up shop.

My first time in Ballito and my friend and I decided to do Nandos for lunch. Went through the drive-thru and there was a friendly voice on the other side. Placed our orders and the time it took to bring it to the car was not too bad. Chicken was well cooked and tasty. Keep up the good work guys!

Don't understand how the Nandos franchise gets away with their outrageously overpriced menu much more value can be realised at other outlets such as adega

Food: Ah! Nandos! I love their Portuguese inspired Peri peri Chicken. Its my go- to food. Its not expensive and is tasty.<br/>Ambience : i love the Afro-Portuguese inspired setting. Very neat.<br/>Service: The service has always been great

Who could say no to the Spicy strips and rice. Was tempted to add the veggies and it turned out really good. Saw that there had more variety available in the form of the winter special which looked equally good

Good drive through service even though we were asked to park(it wasn't busy) and definately not stingy on the fillings ect which is great!!!
