The food was Amazing! Generous portions, tasty food. They make the best skinny chips (fries). Decadent milkshakes, yummy burgers. Chicken strips crunchy and delicious. Food was served promptly and it was fresh and hot. Service was good.

The key to a great burger is a really good bread roll and that's what Roco Ms has. None of that brioche type bun. This is a good old plain fresh bread bun. They also have loads of flavour options for their burgers and the sweet potato fries are awesome.

Wow what a great place tried out their 3 course meal We were welcomed very nicely at the door , we were offered at seat and our waiter immediately came to us and offer the menu and explained how the menu worked. Sbo ‘ Bob Dylan’ was nothing but professional he was friendly with a great smile very cute too. He checked up on us constantly he cleared the table when he saw it was getting full and even take great pictures of us. Rocomamas New Market has world class service value for your money Great food Great Vibe Please give Sbo his medal for top waiter for the month

Firstly it was a customer service it was 100% I like to recommend Nkosi at Ballito Rocomamas for his service he was upseling saving us with a big smile he has a vipe he was keeps on checking us he makes sure that we happy with our food it came on time nd it was representative everything was perfect

Wife and I ordered 500g of orig ribs, wow, wow wow 10/10 the chips and ribs were served piping hour. Well worth the trip

Best Rocos experience in Durban by far. Food is always great here. Management and staff maintain a higher standard compared to other branches in and around Durban.

Quite the splendor. Service started off a bit rocky, our waiter didn't seem like he wanted to be there. But overall great service and food. Always great being served amazing vegetarian food. A bonus was getting a complimentary parking ticket on our way out. Lovely touch.

The service was incredible, the food was well prepared (speakingof food, their Ribs & Chilli Cheesy chips are to die for 😋) & the waitor was very helpful and friendly. The restaurant is really VALUE FOR MONEY!! 😊

Husband loves the burgers tries a different version everytime. I prefer the chicken strips plenty on the plate and always soft and juicy. Tons of chips, our favorites are with the cheese topping. Yum!

Second time stopping by at RocoMamas Ballito for dessert, and highly recommend! I went with my family and we shared the chocolate freak Shake and a Nutella waffle.

Firstly, super friendly staff that make you feel at home. The food came out quick and was delicious. The mall was still under construction but it gave that industrial feeling... my family loved it too.

Went there yesterday for dessert. Usually we love Rocomamas but yesterday was an entire new experience. Firstly the waiter we had was intoxicated! Some of the other waiters were eating and not being attentive to patrons. But most of all, we had the most disgusting Hot Choc and Waffle ever!! When we complained to the manager, he says "well that's how we normally make it". I cant understand how someone can even get Hot Choc wrong..but they definitely did! Don't ever order it! As for the waffle..it came with melted watery sorbet instead of ice cream like it usually does. It made it so hard to eat the actual waffle..we eventually just left the meal. Worst of all we paid for a disgusting meal/experience. Completely put off this branch.

Have been to RocoMamas Ballito a few times and it never disappoints. Their Smashburgers and ribs are awesome, great vibe and the staff are amazing.  Keep it up guys!

A neutral experience, nothing worth going back to. <br/>I’ve been to plenty of Rocomamas and usually never disappointed , sadly this was a first. <br/>The burger was burnt and the milkshake tasted a little sour. ( burnt burger can be seen in images) <br/>We had several different waitresses. <br/>Maybe need to work on some things so that they can fit in with the other Roco’s

Burgers are amazing! Pretty much the only reason to go there. Loud, relaxed vibe and not somewhere I’d enjoy going frequently, but for the kids’ enjoyment and a delish burger its a great spot.

Before i start i just got to say that I LOVE ROCOMAMAS!!!!<br/>Food: The best ever Smash Burgers.. whats better than being able to create your own burger?<br/>The choices are really good. I always add Guacamole to my burgers no matter what.<br/>The Promos are amazing too.. they unusual but great.<br/>I tried the Fatija Nachos as well. Very very tasty. And a big helping too. <br/>Their wings is very tasty too.. i had the peri- peri and when I visited again i had the Old Skool BBQ. Which i enjoyed throughly.<br/>The killer waffles though.. damn! I had the Nutella one. And the best part is if you ate too much and still want Dessert you can choose a half portion..(which is still a good helping might i add).<br/>And the milkshakes are amazing.. omw!<br/>I had the chocolate milkshake. And when I went again i tried the Candylicious Freakshake... My mouth was literally having a Party. Best milkshake ever!<br/>And quite filling too.<br/>I think these Freakshakes are going to keep me coming back for more<br/><br/>Ambience: I love the Rock 'n Roll vibes.
