Wimpy Galleria is my favorite!! Excellent service.. with me being a non pork eater.. a wonderful gentleman by the name of Vincent from Wimpy Galleria assisted me by offering me a slight change in my order to accommodate my dietary requirements... he is one of the reasons this is my favorite place!! My Mom and I had a waffle and flapjacks at the Wimpy in Galleria. We were serviced by Charity and Thando. What an absolutely wonderful meal and experience. They were most helpful in everyway. Very professional. Thank you. Keep up the good work. Ngiyabonga

Dit was nie ons eerste keer by die lughawe se wimpy nie en ook nie die eerste keer dat ons slegte diens ervaar nie. Die een kelner het gesien ons wag, na die ander een gedraai en gesê hul hoef ons nie te help nie want ons sit in iemand anders se deel. Toe die kelner wat ons moes help uiteindelik haar verskyning maak, sleep voete en al, was die kos vinnig by ons so die fout lê nie by die kombuis nie maar die kelners wat te rustig is. Sal dit nie aanbeveel as jy wag vir n vlug nie.

Very poor customer service. The place you on a table and don't even ask what you going to drink and ignore you. The lady that took my R100 for a bill of R79 didn't return my change even though I didn't write any tip on my slip. They give you bad service and still expect generous tip. Will probably never eat anything there again.

They aren’t even busy and we waited 10mins for cold drinks. Couldn’t have a cappuccino because the machine isn’t working...... the staff all look messy and none of them have uniforms that fit. This is disgraceful.

waiters standing around by the front check-in desk and teller chatting about God knows what while we are waiting 15min for an order to be taken 1 waitress running around trying to take food to the customers. no manager in sight. more waiters arrive and join this "congregation" happening in the front while this one waitress is still running around after all the clients.

What do I have to do to get service here?? There's about 6 customers and staff less than interested. Actually they couldn't give a shit. Pathetic.

We had an absolute awesome lunch service was awesome food really good value for money as always. The waitress was really good watched her assist a rowdy table of foreigners and they seemed very pleased with her service as well. Thank you for making a sad goodbye very pleasurable.

Went in at 07h45am to order my breakfast and by 08h10am still no breakfast. Called another waitress over and she checked and guess what my order was not even placed. The other waitress said she can process my order now. Totally unacceptable. The waitress that originally that took my order was more worried about talking to her buddies. When we looked for her she was missing. I left there fuming and will be bad mouthing you to everyone about the awful service I got at your Wimpy.

The lady who served me was so unfriendly and their food was raw specially the sausage .Horrable experience

What a bad 2018 new years experience ,our full order did not arrive and after 30 min that we had to go for departures they brought it , could see staff did not really give a hoot about it to , we fly frequently and assure you this wimpy will not see us again

I am used to good, fast service at Wimpy but this branch is slow with service and the kitchen took very long to provide our order. Management should take into consideration that patrons are in a hurry to catch their flight.

U took lyk 20 mins bfore u saved us wasnt happy shem,even a glass of water took 10mins tu cum.....

Today is last time i ever put a foot in wimpy. 30 mins and all i wanted was a coke float..useless
