Thank you Spur Galleria.... with a little one it is always either mom or dad needing to go with. The seating area in the play area is such a awesome idea, and the staff are amazing. They engage with the kids and not just stand around. They actually help them. They are also in safe hands, love the safety precautions... Thank you Spur Galleria for the extra mile... Keep up the good work I am sure alot of parents appreciate the effort...

Super busy had to wait for a but but great food! Service was a little delayed understandably so as it was really busy. The highlight was the spur Buffalo wings well done!! The kiddies area does need to be cleaned thoroughly whenever possible especially when there is a lot of traffic in the store. Overall a good spot.

From terrible to a great experience. I visited this Spur in September and was seated in a corner to be forgotten waited for approximately an hour without any service. But today, I decided to give them another chance to redeem themselves. I was seated and my drink order was placed. Within a minute my waiter, Samke introduced herself and I was served. She was professional and “on point”. The food was good fast. Overall great experience. Thanks Samke.

Had such an awesome time last weekend celebrating my daughter’s birthday on the 22nd I’ve never been in a spur restaurant that has such friendly staff, my waitress takes the cup her name was Ntando she was such an amazing waitress.please keep up the good service I’m still speechless.

They didn't have pizza for my boy and also ran out of the variety of toys. He was left with a girls toy. Also didn't have the juice he wanted. But other than that, it was quite lovely. My kids love it here

I had thee bestest waitress here yesterday. She was so friendly and kept checking if i was okay. Food arrived fairly quickly. There is a nice isolated spot by the entrance if you want to keep to yourself as i did. Toast was a little soft and cold though - i could tell it was not freshly prepared; my butter didnt even melt on it. Bacon has a bit of a funny taste to it. But o/w was a remarkable experience. Would love to return. Manager is also fairly amicable and kept coming round to see if all is running smoothly.

It been two years since I have visited Spur as it was my best thing when I was pregnant with my son so I wanted to go back and give it another try. I was so disappointed as the ribs were over cooked and didn't even taste as pork. The buffalo wings were over spiced with much vinger it was like I'm eating salt and vinger chips. In short it was the worst experience after so many years :-( I was looking forward to a tasty meal that I once had and i couldn't even finish it as my appetite was ruined . But not all was bad as Thobs was the best she gave us the best service ever so I enjoyed her services only.

Miss the old monday special but this one is still good and got the 2 orders of flying fish and got a glass and had a great time with friends and food was on point was amazing

My fiance and I ordered 'new additions to the menu' meals (cheesy prawn steak and fillet Steak) both of our meals were awesome, the fried chips were a bit over cooked though. Thank you. Nonjabulo also gave us awesome service.

Always loved to eat there. Personnel very friendly, and like the food. Just getting pricy, but for once a month supper �. Breakfast absolutely a must!

Dining at spur is a nightmare. Are there any spur restaurant that is good with service and food. Galleria experience was just as bad. Poor service, food cold and tasteless. Disappointed

Our family tend to frequent Spur Steak Ranches and usually enjoy our experience. Here? Not so much. Waiter never got around to our table. The manager ended up having to serve us. And then seemed to forget about us. Overall very disappointed. Food was good but just not good enough to compensate for the bad service.

This Spur is incredibly noisy, the ambience is terrible and the service was worse than pathetic. On more then one occasion we had to go hunting for our waiter who promptly disappeared. 20min to get our drinks and 40min to get our starters. <br/><br/>Won't ever be going back there.

Situated right next to the Ice Rink, this Spur has such a lively atmosphere. The escargot is brilliant. I was also really excited when the waiter arrived with dessert.. there was a huuuge swirl of cream on my plate. Either Spur is very generous or the kitchen staff were in a really good mood... whatever it is, Toti Spur gets a thumbs up from me!

Went for dinner on my boyfriends birthday on 18March. We had a great waiter and his attention to us really made the experience wonderful. We ordered drinks and they came quite quickly, placed our food orders and those didn't take long either despite the busy night. We ordered steaks, a New York sirloin with a baked potato for me and a Matured steak with chips and onion rings for him. Meal was good and my boyfriend even got complimentary ice cream and some singing waiters :-) our first night of vacation was wonderful!!! We were the last people to leave :-) and left our waiter with a generous tip!!!!

Yesterday we arrived at Spur, anticipating a warm welcome and lovely food. Unfortunately we we're told that there is loadshedding and couldn't come in - there wasn't any loadshedding at all and other people were enjoying their food.

Service is always excellent and the food tasty. They always go above and beyond to accommodate you and that's why we come here often. You never have to send anything back and free WiFi is always a bonus.

I'm not usually that much of a spur fan, but this branch isn't too bad. Family friendly (the kids love it) and the vegetarian food is quite edible. Honestly don't mind having lunch or dinner at this branch with the family. There vegetarian options are actually recommendable. According to my siblings they have the best kiddies' pizza ever - I'll take their word for it, because a kid knows best:)
