Create place with great service. The pizza's are really good although I feel like the breakfast menu is a bit too limited. Other than that, it's a nice place.
Wonderful service from waiter: Kevin. Our kids enjoyed their meals very much as did my wife and I.
Although it was busy, we had prompt service.
Absolutely nothing to complain about.

Had some great pizzas here today (Hawain and Saucy Chicken). The 2 for 1 special on Tuesdays makes for a good deal. Service was OK but not great.
Food is good, service a bit slow and sometimes you have to wait quite a while just to get seats, but overall not too bad. Kids love it, so that helps.
Our compliments to Terry who was an excellent waitress and an asset to your business. We requested something not on the menu from another waiter and were about to leave when she jumped in with all kinds of options selling the menu and herself very professionally. We had a lovely Brunch.
Absolutely amazing service from Ayanda (tall male Gentlemen), walked in the restaurant some time after there where closed, with out a doubt he asked "table for ". My family and I were had decided not to eat there has they were closing. But his approach was absolutely amazing and I definitely will go back .

You can taste the freshness in their beautifully prepared meals.
It's an amazing place to try if you're vegetarian or vegan.
They have so many options and you're not restricted.
They also offer a vegan friendly waffle which is served with a free coffee, good combination.
I love this Panarottis....
Special note to our waitress Rebecca, she was so professional, helpful and friendly. She made exceptional recommendations and knew her vegan products quite well. Keep up the great work :)

Thank you Panarottis Galleria, had my daughter 10th birthday party on the 07th May 2022, the kids and parent's thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always available if we needed anything. The food was great.
After craving a pasta dish for a very long time. Panarottis outdid themselves. Perfect pasta dish precisely how I wanted it. The waiter Sli her service is outstanding. She recommended great dishes, was very attentive and double checked our order. She’s the best I highly recommend her. The staff works collaboratively they make a great team.
I was wonderfully surprised with my visit to Panarotti's, our order was ready so fast and we were served , piping hot ,fresh food. The side of chips was absolutely marvelous and the veg pizza hit the spot the coffee was also great. Our waiter Sarel was polite , helpful , present when we needed him and very nice. All round good experience 👍

The venue was fairly quite when we arrived for Sunday lunch. Our waitress was friendly to start and the Manager on duty visited all tables to check in with the patrons. Our food was tasty and well prepared. By the time we had finished our waitress was no where to be found and the poeple were queuing outside as the restaurant was packed.
I could not have been happier with my visit to this panarottis location. Our waiter Sarel was amazing and gave us great recommendations from the menu, you can see he really knows his stuff. We got the alfredo pizza which was a massive hit, and the Capricciosa pasta was the best I have had in a while. Definitly a must while at the Galleria.
Wow! I was pleasantly surprised to see how well they cater for vegans. The menu has many dishes that can be made to be vegan. I was happy to see that the vegan cheese used was nut-free as I am allergic to nuts. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and checked up on us throughout the evening. The food was amazing and I'll definitely be eating there more often !
Had exceptional customer service from the lady at the front desk by the name of Bulelwa (#Manager) , who although dealing with multiple clients at once provided an absolutely wonderful experience, I truly hope her efforts do no go unnoticed💕😘😍😊

1. The staff is good at Team work excellent team work , they don't say I will get your waiter they treat you as if you ordered with them . They always check up on you. Amazing.
2. Food - Juicy not dry . No long waiting period for food and drinks.
3. Galleria Panaroties has the best Waiter and Waitress staff no lie at all . Don't lose them- Rebecca and Themba and Blessing thank you
