Our compliments to Terry who was an excellent waitress and an asset to your business. We requested something not on the menu from another waiter and were about to leave when she jumped in with all kinds of options selling the menu and herself very professionally. We had a lovely Brunch.
Absolutely amazing service from Ayanda (tall male Gentlemen), walked in the restaurant some time after there where closed, with out a doubt he asked "table for ". After craving a pasta dish for a very long time. Panarottis outdid themselves. Perfect pasta dish precisely how I wanted it. The waiter Sli her service is outstanding. The venue was fairly quite when we arrived for Sunday lunch. Our waitress was friendly to start and the Manager on duty visited all tables to check in with the patrons. Our food was tasty and well prepared. By the time we had finished our waitress was no where to be found and the poeple were queuing
I could not have been happier with my visit to this panarottis location. Our waiter Sarel was amazing and gave us great recommendations from the menu, you can see he really knows his stuff. We got the alfredo pizza which was a massive hit, and the Capricciosa pasta was the best I have had in a while
Wow! I was pleasantly surprised to see how well they cater for vegans. The menu has many dishes that can be made to be vegan. I was happy to see that the vegan cheese used was nut-free as I am allergic to nuts. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and checked up on us throughout the evening. T
