I wish I had taken note of our waiters name because he was the friendliest, most helpful me Chettle M&B waiter I've ever had. The cake was super rich so I only ate a 3rd of it but the frozen Mocha cafe mocha was delicious.

Best service in a long time! Sorry, I can't remember the waiter's name, but he was a star! Made us feel so welcome and smiling and joking all the way through our visit. I tried the bacon, blueberry and cream cheese bagel which was absolutely delicious!! He warned and said unless I love cream cheese i most probably won't like it. But it was a flavour explosion! A must try when visiting a mugg and bean. Their coffee is always great, and so is their food. Thank you for making our visit to SA a memorable one!!

Excellent food, they always have something new on the menu and if I tell you the taste never disappoint 🥰🥰 v friendly stuff I can tell.

We stopped here for a late lunch on a Thursday afternoon. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our order was taken and fulfilled quickly and accurately. The food was well prepared and tasty; ingredients were fresh. We did not experience any problems and enjoyed our time spent at the restaurant.

Food was superb. Waiter didn't know menu or specials, and was scarce after we received our food. Service was quite slow.

We just went to the Mugg&Bean in Galleria for coffee and I have to say it was really amazing. I had the Caribbean Mocha and my friends had the muggaccino and the hot chocolate. I was a bit disappointed in the service though which is why I have to give it 4 stars instead of 5. The staff were all very friendly but they seemed a bit confused as to what to do and who to serve. If it wasn't for that then I definitely would've given it a 5. I would totally recommend this place to anyone who loves good coffee.

Had an Egg Benedict. It was delicious. The service is always good there, and today we went early so the Mall was quiet.

Excellent service from the manager at the store today ....meals and coffee were delivered promptly.....and they were delicious....would recommend this particular restaurant to anyone
