A great restaurant with a relaxed vibe. The Pork Belly is amazing! The burgers are mouth-watering. They serve seafood, pasta and steaks too. Portion size is excellent. It's a child-friendly restaurant with a pool. If the weather is good, take a swim. A great place to bring the whole family. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Have had two meals here. The best rump steak I've had in any restaurant. As tender as a good fillet and cooked exactly as I requested. The second meal was the roast pork belly. Also top class. The service was good and friendly and there is a great informal vibe. Did I mention the chips were great. Highly recommended.

Had a very nice dinner at Hit The Spot, the food is tasty and reasonably priced for very nicely sized portions. I had the pork belly which was a large portion and did taste nice although it was lacking something I couldn't quite pin my finger on, my other half had a burger which was huge and full of sauce, the bun was not suitable to hold the large patty and all the topping so it was a little difficult to eat. The atmosphere was good even though the restaurant was rather quite and the place felt sort of "homey" and comfortable.

Just what is needed down here, a restaurant that knows how to prepare and present food. I good menu and inexpensive for what one gets. Nice location down a quiet road with lots of parking, located in a garden setting. The architecture is a bit bizarre and the decor is unimpressive,but functional. Service is good and the food is delicious. Try it !

Being a vegetarian my options are so moneyed, that’s how I came across this restaurant, I had heard about their falafel burgers, and my oh my what a burger! I have now eaten here a few times and every single time I am blown away, they remembered me from last time and knew what I wanted to drink! Defiantly take home a chocolate mud pie, it is life changing! Keep up the great work you guys! See you soon!

We decided on going to Hit The Spot by random, and did not regret our choice at any moment! The food was fantastic, service very friendly, atmosphere was casual and perfect for a family meal! We will definitely be back, I highly recommend a visit to this local restaurant!

Wow what a awesome Lam stew Sunday lunch. If your are in Winkelspruit you must try the food. Lovely hosts food and wine.

The food is really good, they are very warm and friendly. It is also not crowded with beautiful sea views.

Wasn't very impressed with the food...it was very average. And don't ask me how I want my burger if you can't deliver it medium? Same with the fillet steak. Our waitress looked as if she had lost her puppy and only spoke the bare minimum. That didn't help. I can't rate ambience, because there wasn't any - except for the lost puppy sadness...

Great food, great atmosphere and service!!! A hidden gem in the quiet town of Winkelspruit. A nice change from the run of the mill franchise restaurants.
