Beautiful location, gets really busy because of the beach and parking can become an issue. The staff at this branch are really friendly and attentive. The food is good and drinks too. It's sad that they only give you three bites of onion rings though. The plant based burger is also highly recommended.

What an incredible experience. The staff are welcoming, very helpful and friendly. Restaurant is clean and tidy. The food was well prepared and served on time. Beautiful sea views as well. Will be visiting pretty soon.

Refreshing change in this venue. We have been avoiding this branch for a couple of years now, due to bad service, but this time all the staff were friendly and helpful. Good standard Spur meals that keeps us visiting this franchise everytime.

Kids loved their mac and cheese! We shared a full nacho meal...delicious as always! The play cave is amazing! Kids can play while we enjoy our cappachinos. Win win!

I was there recently with some friends to celebrate a birthday. I had my reservations as my personal experience with Spur the last couple of times is that they really dropped the ball. Service was A+ And the food was fantastic, just a heads up if you want snails even though its not on the menu you can still get them and the Nachos was to die for! If I ever go to a Spur again, I will definitely consider this one.

I must say....the best service we've received in a very long time. Love the vibe. Love the staff especially our waiter who served us, Simangaliso. Very friendly, always smiling, kept checking on us. He is really a good asset to the restaurant. Food were out of this world. Fresh, warm and super delicious. Well done Clear Waters Spur Amanzimtoti. 100/10. Keep up being awesome.

This little gem (as I like to refer to it as), was actually discovered by default. Thanks to a hungry 7 year old that only wanted a meal from Spur. 🙄 Unanimously this was voted by my family as one if the best Spurs to eat at!💯 Our waiter was Zipho, who had a contagious smile and made you feel so comfortable with his friendly and welcoming nature. Our turn around time for meals was so fast and efficient. Even the service was quick, the meals didn't disappoint! My husband and I both ordered medium steaks, which were cooked to perfection. My baked potato was cooked through and not dry. My baby thoroughly enjoyed her ribs, she was a happy chappy at the end of her meal. We enjoyed the main so much, we decided to have dessert as well. The biggest mistake we ever made... lol not because it was bad, but we ended up being so full 🤣 You have me hooked, and you have now gained a customer forever, even if we have to drive miles to get go you...

Always have a good time. The food is of the most superior quality. The service is outstandingly good. The price can be steep, but with all the amazing specials, it's a go-to spot. Highly recommend.

Good food with a good view and nice staff. Spur is quite clean and well maintained. Beautiful view of the ocean where the smoking area is outside and also has a really nice view over the ocean. Really worth getting out of Durban to enjoy.

Update:: thank you Anette for rectifying this situation. Truly appreciate your customer service. Will continue ordering from Clear Water Spur. - Quite disappointed ordering this time around! Have been supporting this Spur like crazy for the past few months. Now all of a sudden a massive decline in their overall food standard. Ordered the Monday cheese burger special, between 13:30 and 14:00, not even during rush time. And they seemed to make the portions horribly! I asked for only onion rings, gave me only chips! The chicken strips were ridiculous. R75 for a hand full of a few strips and the rest chips! With barely any sauce. Not the best experience this time around.

Super friendly staff. It was nice and clean. They even gave my folks a Happy Anniversary song and sparkle. Very special. They view is obviously the best 😋

We would like to thank the "Clear Waters Spur Steak Ranch" who gave us the best treat ever on the 14th Feb, Valentine's day. We thoroughly enjoyed the dinner, hospitality and service. Its been a while, that I can say eveything was excellent at a spur!! All the starters were great and the main courses portion sizes and quality was GOOD and offcourse the service from the waiter was quick and accurate!

What a lovely restaurant! Each time my husband and I visit we are always pleased with the great service. We are greeted by a friendly face from the time we enter the door. The waitrons and managers are exceptionally pleasant, well spoken and well mannered. The quality of the food is always been great. We love it when you play Hillbilly Rock and do your little dance, it creates such a positive vibe. Well done and keep it up to the staff Clear Waters Spur! �

At spur you know what u going to get. Their burgers still remain a favorite. Their unreal b fast still remains gud value. Coffee is gud. Service was ok.

Best spur experience in a while, great service, awesome view and the kids play area made our experience great. Food was better than other Spurs on average, would definitely recommend this one for people with toddlers

Perfectly located on the main beach, this outlet of Spur is the ideal place to have lunch or a milkshake while spending a day on the beach. The staff is very welcoming and the restaurant is busy, but there's always room for more. The food is up to standard. The restaurant is also quite involved in the community, supporting the local charity and having entertainment over school holidays.

In peak December holiday season we were seating off a waiting list in less than 15 minutes, which was impressive. We got a table for two at the window with a view of Amanzimtoti main beach and went about our Unreal breakfast and bottomless coffee. A humble experience, great value for money and really predicable - you know what you're going to get. Pity the windows weren't washed - it would've made the view better, but clean windows don't last long so close to the salt spray off the beach.

Great food, great service and great atmosphere!<br/><br/>We enjoyed a delicious meal watching the sunset over the sea after a very long drive from Johannesburg. <br/><br/>The staff were very friendly and entertaining and the atmosphere out on their deck area is really awesome. <br/><br/>The food is consistent with the Spur reputation that everybody knows and loves and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals. <br/><br/><br/><br/>

We decided to head to the beach and have a dip in the warm Indian Ocean. We were feeling rather peckish and as this Spur is right on the beach, we decided to have a light lunch. <br/><br/>We had wet hair, sand intertwined between our toes and had all of our beach gear in hand. They did not mind, in fact they had a little giggle and told us to stop worrying. We decided to sit on their upper deck because it had marvelous views of the beach. <br/><br/>It was quite relaxing listening to the waves crashing in the distance and the laughter of children scurrying past the restaurant. Our waiter made jokes with us and assured me that we must absolutely try their cocktails. I listened and tried their Pina Colada. It has hints of coconut and pineapple which really fits the tropical surroundings.<br/><br/>As for my lunch, I tried their vegetarian wrap which had mushrooms, carrots and devine feta cheese. This Spur is the prefect ingredient for a holiday.
