Great food and drinks menu. Love where it's situated. Awesome restaurant for family. Their cheesy chips are amazing. Service was totally above standard. The burger was awesome. Love this branch and would definitely visit again.

Great burger restaurant. The burgers are great, many options. Tasted the Chilli Cheese Bomb, was magnificent. If you ever go nearby, don’t hesitate and try one. The walls have images that we cannot see well just by looking it, but if you use your phone, because the image is reduce you can see what is written.

Quick and friendly service if you go personally. It sounds noisy on the phone and it is difficult for them to hear when you place an order for delivery. It's a whole new experience when you are here in person. They have restrooms in the store and it is wheelchair accessible. The food was delicious.

Gr8 burgers. Like the shoestring fries. Do try the American burger and add bacon! Good service.

Bit expensive but well worth it. Always a nice option while the carwash outside is busy with your car. Also wheelchair accessible.

I would highly recommend the wings. I had "Flavour X" and it was delicious. The onion rings were the best I have ever had. The service was good too. RocoMamas has tasty and interesting milkshakes as well as cocktails. This is a great place to spend your time while you wait for your car at the car wash next door.

Slightly highly priced which is where they lost a star but otherwise great atmosphere and friendly staff with a great eating choice. Plus I asked for chillies and they gave me chillies. And all the food is flavourful a great tasting. Next time I might need to leave the burger and chips to try desert.

The staff were welcoming and friendly. It was very clean, neat and tidy. The food looked Amaazzzziiing. The atmosphere was like home, Very chilled and relaxed. I prefer this branch simply cause its never too packed, the convinience of parking close to the resturant in plain line of sight, logistically easy to get to from the highway not too many stops and Gos . Rocco is clean, its calmer, staff seem chilled to assist, and not pressured. Overall great aura

This is the a great eating experience. You choose your own menu and create your own style of how you would like to eat it. So much variety and we'll presented. Tastes just as good. Great for family and kids and the staff are amazing.

Best Rocomamas I’ve ever been too. They always get your food to you in the shortest time possible. They always have the kindest staff and will always make sure you leave with a smile on your face!

Ow well went there with the bae but to the one in carnival mall. Service was great. He ordered ribs they okay I guess but the burger I ordered, it was out of this world. It was great I won't lie nd th fries not the best as I feel they a bit dry. I recommend burgers.

We work right next door to Rocomamas meyersdal and we have always had such good service. Since Mellissa has been managing the shop the food has been amazing. Today we got complementary ice cream and it was Devine . Thank you Rocomamas you guys are awesome

But something is wrong with your network on the speed point machine my cheque card was declininig had to to transfer money to my savings account. And i wasnt the only one. Other customer was also complaining.

Love coming here but until they can serve my burger on a plate I won't be back.Tonight the paper mixed with my burger AGAIN was the last straw AGAIN.Allow the patron the option of what he would like his food served on.

Came past Rocomamas for a quick dinner on our way home and what a disaster! We had a very friendly waiter but that didn’t make up for the fact that we waited 40 minutes for our food. I understand the restaurant was full but they should’ve been prepared for a weekend rush. Over and above this there was a manager standing shouting at the kitchen staff the entire time we were at the restaurant. You could hear him from outside the restaurant and it was so unpleasant- I don’t know who poor Richard is but he was getting screamed at the whole night. Manager even stuck his head around the corner and screamed for staff members across the restaurant. We eventually got our food (it was burnt) but other tables left due to the extreme wait. I can understand having a bad night but it was managed terribly!

Delicious food. We ordered Pork ribs & Chicken wings take away & believe it never had so lip smacking stuff earlier. Perfectly marinated, sauced & cooked. Do keep it up !

Rocomamas really Rock! From their amazing burgers to ribs right to their craft beers; they have it all and then some. I am a frequenter at this specific branch and I am pleased to announce that their service is impeccable - a group of about 20+ have been there quite a few times and the orders were always correct. In fact, just writing this review has made me hungry. I will return for the vibe, people and the amazing dishes. Keep on!

Friday night burgers... Honestly I really think Rocomamas is a tad overpriced for what it is! I know of gourmet burger restaurants which have better burgers for the same price! But, in saying that, the burgers are tasty, and the chips are good! <br/>Not a massive fan of Mall of the South branch to eat at, the vibe just isn't great; I'd do take aways rather than sitting down.<br/>I must add, service was great though! <br/>Mixed emotions really. :/

I've been here a few times now, the service is pretty good. Standards are definitely high. Staff are helpful even with training their new staff and making customers aware of someone in training etc. I'd probably have liked if they went a bit easy on the sauce on my last visit so the burger bun doesn't get soggy but thats me being very critical. I'd go back again and again as I've always had good service and a good meal.

So far; haven't had a burger like theirs. They changed the burger game. Also the naming of the new burgers; like the one pictured; #Covfefe that's really cool. I'm not too happy about the seating space though. The place is small and has a lot of people who'd like to have their burger. But there's very little they can do about that. Their burgers remain awesome.

We ordered take-aways for dinner here last week Friday and we ended up waiting what seemed like foreeever for our meal. By the time we got to our friends place we were starving and I completely forgot to take pics. We also noticed they had given my boyfriend the wrong burger (he got the chilli con carne special when he ordered the maple Texan one), and he ended up not enjoying his burger but again we were way to hungry to take it back and wait again. So not the greatest service.<br/><br/>• Promo Chilli Con Carne Burger: My burger was ok, the chilli con carne and salsa wasn't the greatest. The whole thing was quite average, not the usual Rocomamas awesomeness. The chips were good though.<br/><br/>• Chilli Cheese Bombs: these little balls of cheesy goodness were delicious! Glad they've started selling them as a side. <br/><br/>I wasn't too impressed with this branch because of the slowness and order mix up, and that Mexican promo burger wasn't the greatest. But if I'm in the area and craving a burger I'll give them another try.

Had these freak shakes. Sweet but so nice. Had fun with friends. Enjoyable music while eating and a nice ambience. Glad they have these milkshakes.

Based on previous posts you might think I am not the biggest fan of Rocomamas and you would probably be right but this Rocomamas (I can happily say) is the exception.<br/>Because this Rocomamas is not in a mall it is slightly quieter and you don't have people constantly staring in at you while you eat and drip Rocomayo all over yourself.<br/>The food at this Rocomamas just seems better. There is always adequate sauce on the burger (and napkins for later) and the burgers are put together well; the cheese fries are always loaded with cheese and the patties do not seem as dry as other branches. I recently tried the limited edition Le Bomb burger and I was thoroughly impressed, especially with the fried feta bomb in the middle! We have also tried the Candylicious and Peanutbutter Freakshakes which are amazing but super filling! It's probably best to save these as dessert milkshakes so you can finish your food!<br/>The staff have always been friendly, quick and known the menu and the ingredients for the different burgers.<br/>We have only ever had positive experiences at this Rocomamas and will continue to visit this branch when we are in the mood for over-the-top burgers at a great price.<br/>

Rocomamas in Meyersdal, wow super happy plus they offer the Sowetan cherry beer on tap....delicious. <br/><br/>Service is horrendously slow, it was not even a busy night with maybe 5 tables occupied. But burgers were good as well as the fries. <br/><br/>One tip I need to give all Rocomamas branches is PLEASE WIPE DOWN THE SALT AND PAPPER GRINDERS, ALSO THE AVAILABLE SAUCES!!!!! They are sticky and oily, this is gross especially when I need to eat my burger with my hands.

We've been trying all the different Roccomamas that we've come across as our personal mission, and we generally enjoy their burgers and quick service. And this Roccomamas is no exception. We tried two of the new promotional burgers I had the Wild Bill and Jono had the New Yorker. Both tasted great. Very different from our usual cheese bomb, these burgers were huge and their flavours unique. the one thing that they all had in common was they were all great tasting burgers. When we want fast easy and good food rocco mamas is the first place we stop.

This was the second time we ate at a Rocomamas. We ordered two meals for my son and I. We buffalo wings and a Chicken burger. The wings were tender and juicy, however the Burger did not live up to the standard the brand. The chicken fillet was dry and very blend. The companying sauces were good. Service was slow and the waiter did pay much attention. Overall experience fair!

Not much to say about this place. Classic burgers. Good service. Always happy to come back especially on those days when I've had a heavy night. Hang over remedy to the T!

We cannot go a friday night without a burger from THIS Rocomammas, they are friendly, make great burgers, good espresso. They're active on social media and respond to their customers input.

We decided to try out a diff rocomamas.it was quiet and very hot( no aircon).the menu is pretty limited. We ordered a burger which was pretty tasty but the size is a reflection of the price so we were still quite hungry after our main meals.<br/><br/>The decor is nice the staff were friendly.

Went to Rocomamas for a burger. Never have I had such a bad and disappointing experience. Besides the food being tasteless the atmosphere was pathetic. Screaming waitresses loud rock music. Such a noisy place to be never even ate my food put it in a take away and left. Went to GBC in Illovo and it was bliss. Burgers are great and atmosphere is a pleasure. GBC is the place to be

I'm becoming a regular at Rocomamas. This is my third Rocomamas and counting. The service was great. We were one of their last customers before closing time and the staff was friendly and welcoming. You gotta love the taste of gourmet beef patty and the freedom to put together a mix match of whatever else you want on your burger and this is what Rocomamas allows us to do. This time I decided to choose one of their already made Smash Burgers and I chose the Bacon Cheese Guac burger and a side of small chips... nom, nom, nom... and it's now my new favourite! <br/>#ZomatoJackAurelias

Food was late, orders were forgotten, waiters were cluless, only one craft beer was available and staff made us feel as if they were doing us a favour. Not my preferred Roco's; not inclined to revisit this one.

All time favorite now...can't go wrong. Ultimate go to place, for all occasions. Today I needed a pick me up, and I was not disappointed. Teriyaki flavored chicken wings were soothing to my soul 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

We had to do takeaways and got wings and medium fries with ranch dressing, the wings were very tasty, the ranch dressing was almost as good as in the States, just not as thick and creamy...but close. Was super impressed by the chip portion, but they did need a little help with Steers salt.

I was there yesterday with my boyfriend and we had just a relaxed lovely meal... He enjoyed it so much and the service was great. I guess I'll be a regular there since its near home... I loved it ☺

Husby & I went here today after we spotted it while driving on the highway, we just knew we had to stop & try it out, because we're nuts about Rocomammas! <br/>Glad we did! <br/>I also agree with Jose that the Ferndale branch smashburgers are the best but that the service here at Meyersdal is excellent! <br/>We had a warm greeting by Star, who is an excellent waitress! <br/><br/>We both ordered the Mushroom Swizz which has now become my husbys new favorite! <br/>I had extra brinjali with mine, which is usually awesome with the Rockstar or any other burger, but it didn't really work with the earthiness of the mushrooms, as the brinjali has very sharp flavours. <br/>The chips were slightly over-seasoned but we're still delicious! <br/>The emmenthal cheese was a little more than what we are used to at other branches, but still good. <br/><br/>We would definitely go back if we were in the area. Every branch we've been to so far is always packed, this is always a good sign! 😄

Worst chicken burger I have ever eaten. Tasteless. Service was excellent though. Highlight was the Nutella and milky bar flapjacks was good. Unlikely to go there again.

I askef my PA to accompany me to a meeting in the morning and I thought that as a terny weeny treat I took her to Rocomamas for a good burger. <br/>I have been to a few Rocomamas and the original branch in Ferndale has the tastiest burgers (maybe it was it was the first smash burgwr I had) but the service is seriously Meyersdal. Unlike Bedfordview where the burgers have no seasoning, Meyersdals burgers are excellent. I had the standard bacon and cheese smash burger and it had the right amount of everything. Im not thrilled about the rocomayo and asked if it can be charged to the chilimayo and the strange thing was that they would charge me extra for the chilimayo..<br/>Anyhow the service by Susaan was awesome, she has a quirky sense of humour which made our experience even more fun. Thank you Susaan. The ambiance is awesome and relaxing, a place where friends could hook up and catch up. I think this branch is really awesome - a rwcipe for success with great burgers and great service. .what mlre could you want. Icertainly will be back for more.

I recently went to RocoMamas in Meyersdal. There has been a lot of hype among the residents in Johannesburg South surrounding the opening of this branch. On the first day of its opening I tried it out and I was definitely not disappointed. Firstly, the moment you approach the restaurant you hear the chatter and laughs coming from within. Once I arrived by the front door I was immediately greeted by not one, but all of the waitrons as well as the manager. Their menu encompasses both comfort and choice due to the fact that they allow you to add as well as replace certain aspects of their signature burgers. They are incredibly quick with both their order taking as well as the actual preparation of the meal. <br/><br/>All in all, they are overly welcoming, have comfort food with a touch of zest and are time efficient! As with the good comes the bad I suppose and the only fault I have is that this branch is rather small however, I will definitely go back there again.

Awesome Burgers and the Oreo Milkshake is the Best. Takeaways were not disappointing at all, top class... Restaurant has a great vibe. Staff extremely friendly and happy. Prices are high but then again the burgers are huge. Not a toddler friendly restaurant, so will need to wait a bit before we can sit in. Great job guys... place looks great and so bright, attracts attention immediately. :)

What a surprise nice food from the wings to the burgers . Burger meat patty coarse and juicy! Hate the tight compacted patties at other burger joints.<br/><br/>Even the ribs were soft with a tasty marinade.<br/><br/>Over all a good meal will recommend and will return!
